Dormi mal, com calor. Liguei para a recepção reclamando que o condicionador de ar não ligava. Responderam que mandariam alguém, mas nada.

Gostei da cama, tudo limpinho, coberta sem cheiro e cafe da manha e equipe atenciosa

Cons:

Ter que entrar em uma banheira para tomar banho , escadinha… as coisas mais antigas, ate o elevador estava estranho, desalinhado.

Apenas do atendimento da recepcionista

Cons:

Péssima experiência. No ato da reserva solicitei um apartamento em andar mais alto e longe do elevador. Isso de fato não é obrigação do hotel e não fui atendida. No 1º apartamento que me colocaram, ao verificar o banheiro, me deparei com o caso cheio de fezes, um ABSURDO! Nojento!
Fui até a recepção, se desculparam e me mudaram de apartamento para um andar mais alto (que não tinha antes, “brotou” de repente). Nesse novo, ao verificar o banheiro, tinha resto de pasta de dente na pia. Nem cheguei a abrir a mala e chamei a recepcionista para ver. A mesma pediu novamente desculpas e se prontificou, mais uma vez, a resolver o problema. Fui trabalhar e ao voltar, haviam me dado um upgrade de apartamento. Até aí ok! Porém, no dia seguinte de manhã. A descarava não estava funcionando.
Enfim, essa foi a minha péssima estadia no Nacional Inn.

Foi boa.
Pros:

Localização, atendimento e café da manhã foram excelentes.

Cons:

O quarto deixou a desejar um pouco em relação a estrutura, frigobar não estava dando conta de manter as bebidas geladas, tivemos que solicitar gelo para manter tudo "ok", e um dos ar condicionado que estava na sala infelizmente tbm não estava ventilando 100%.
