Perfect apartment, highly recommend
Pros:

Location is perfect, everything is super close to the apartment.
The staff is very helpful and kind 😇
The apartment is just like in the photos, very clean, convenient, warm, quiet.
Fully equipped kitchen and breakfast products are renewed every day.
They clean the apartment and bring clean towels every day 😊
Water access outside the apartment, which allows taxis to arrive very close (very helpful when arriving at the airport in the middle of the night).

Definitely will return to this apartment my next visit to venice ☺️

Wonderful charming stay in a historic apartment
Pros:

Honestly amazing location in the heart of everything. Very charming apartment with view on the canal with easy quick communication. We could have not picked better!! I definitely would go back & I recommend it!

Muy recomendable para viajar en un grupo.

La limpieza, la amplitud, y la localización de este.

Cons:

Por poner un pero es que en el desayuno debería de haber algo salado, ya que el desayuno por completo era de dulces y cosas con mucho azúcar. Se agradecería algo salado.

Pros:

Localisation idéale, Accueil impeccable, Suite très agréable spacieuse au bord du canal.

Cons:

Si il faut une critique: il fallait baisser les stores dectemps en temps car les occupants des gondoles avaient une vue directe sur l'appartement.

Enchanting and unique experience which everyone should try!
Pros:

The apartment is located in a very old building which is in perfect shape, but has the unique flavour of the venetian mention. The room was spacious and warm, the kitchen well equipped, though on a small side, but practical and very functional.

Cons:

A particular feature comes with the place: staircases. It ls very charming, but it gives you additional exercise to carry the luggage to the upper floor. In the kitchen I wish the knifes would be different, hard to work with.
