Ótima surpresa. Bom hotel.
Pros:

Vista espetacular. Limpeza. Jacuzzi e piscina bem mantidas. Simpatia da rececionista. Pequeno almoço com boa variedade.

Cons:

Apenas o único pormenor negativo foi que apesar de não irmos muito tarde tomar o pequeno-almoço, infelizmente já não haviam sumos e nunca foram repostos.

Great place to spend time in Terceira!

Great room, nice pool and hot tub, breakfast was very good with lots of options, small lounge was great and the staff we interacted with were outstanding

Gostei muito do pequeno almoço do jacuzzi aliás amei tudo até da decoração do quarto

A única coisa que se for a ver não foi gostar mas sim fiquei um pouco triste como era uma lua mel espera um champanhe de oferta como os outros hotéis porque também trabalho na área de hotelaria no ramo de quartos e quando é assim decoração românticas lua de mel o hotel que trabalho oferece o champanhe

Disappointing!!!
Pros:

Property was fine but I had items drying in the room. They were taken. When the staff was questioned they said that I had thrown my clothing in the trash can and they “threw” them out. Really? So disappointing. If you stay here make sure to lock your things.
