Restuarant was quite good especially with the August BBQ grill going. Breakfast was underwhelming but OK. Room was interesting, industrial sheik. Electrical outlets were woefully under designed and old fashioned for newer construction, probably due to the all poured concrete nature of the structure. Terrible towels! Good location for train and bus access. All in all the place to stay if you are in Rotkreuz.

The after hours check in was rough. I didnt realize there was no consierge and needed a code to get in. I pressed the check in button and a lady was not able to communicate with me in english and i dont know german. After 30 min eventually i figure it out by looking at the reservation more in depth. Otherwise room is spacious and clean, breakfast is decent with very gentle waiter. I did not realize that train station is right there but i guess it would be convenient for people taking the train. I personally did not like the view and the area. Check out is 10am and breakfast is up to 11am which makes no sense. I asked to check out at 11am and it seems it was goimg to be a problem. Not sure why since check is is after 4pm. Anyhow i guess i am used to Marriott where i have early check in and late check out all the time. Not sure how they got 4 stars though. 3 would be more appropriate .

Quite roomy and clean! Very convenient place. Though I drove, the train station across would be helpful for anyone without a car! Highly recommended.

Hotel was surprisingly comfortable and had conveniences we were not expecting. Great location for public transportation. However no AC and no fans making it quite hot in summer.

The hotel is a self check in. Check in process was a bit confusing when we arrived at 3 pm with car. The hotel parking under the building was not accessible and there was no clear parking signs. The bed was extra firm so if you are a side sleeper I would not recommend it. The hotel is accross from the train station but the room was well isolated. Easily accessible by train. Our room was clean, and the showers are good. There is a nice community nearby with boutique style shops and small restaurants.

Very nice hotel to stay for business, easy travel with train or by car.

It is a very confortable and convenient hotel to stay, specially for business reasons. If you need to work you have a nice desk. The rooms are big, which would make you fell confortable if you have to stay longer. Unfortunatly there was not a bar or restaurant open in the evening, in case you wanted to eat something small.

This is my usual hotel for when i come to RK for work. Love the hotel, clean, professional and amazing showers. Look forward to returning!

nice, clean and practical

The personal was great and kind, the check-in experience (express) was really convenient.
Rooms are really big and confortable. The only thing I did not like was that the floor was not clean enough and I would appreciate more comfortable pillows.

Very well located by the train station, but the room rate is expensive for what it is. Breakfast is typically Swiss and the restaurant food is good (although selection is limited). Gym is very nice as well.

A few things to note, there is no air conditioning in the rooms and reception closes at 6pm

Great hotel! perfect location (close to transportation) and the hotel was very clean! The only item is that if you are traveling from USA most if the hotels in Europe do not have have an AC, with the exception of the american chain hotels. This is something to consider if you are traveling during summer time.

Perfect place to stay in Rotkreuz. Across the street from train station and bus stop. Clean, quiet, very helpful staff.

Hotel reception, bar and restaurant are closing early. Not well for late arrivals.

Perfekte Lage, reichhaltiges Morgenbuffet, aufmerksames Personal, gut eingerichtetes Zimmer, würde das Hotel wieder buchen.
