Lovely hotel
Pros:

Always use this hotel when we get flights from Bournemouth Airport.
Staff are great.
Restaurant is spacious and food is lovely.

Relaxing 😎
Pros:

Great sound insolation! There was a party going and couldn't hear a thing in the room. Very clean. Really pleased temperature in the room and bathroom with heated towels.
Amazing breakfast .
Peaceful outdoor sitting.

Very good accommodation. Perfect location as a base for exploring the surrounding area.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly. Lovely location by the river. Beautiful sitting on the bar terrace by the river.

Cons:

My room was front facing so there was some road noise. Better room facing the river.

It worked well for me. I was made welcome by reception and the room was clean and utilitarian.
Pros:

Dining still open when I arrived late in the day and it was very tasty - beef stir fry. I thought the menu was imaginative rather than boringly predictable.

Cons:

Having to find a waitress to place my dinner order and my wine.
No shelves/flat surfaces to put luggage and 'things' in bed and bathroom, in particular

Duvet two thick and heavy.

Comfortable, smart, efficient, good value.
Pros:

Good location with easy access and a secure car-park. Made welcome at reception despite our late arrival. Clean, well-equipped room with a great view, peaceful night and a good breakfast, all at a very reasonable rate.
