A very comfortable stay which exceeded expectations for the price.
Pros:

The Receptionist was welcoming and efficient. We enjoyed a drink on the terrace overlooking the river which was very pleasant.
The bed was extremely comfortable and we were impresd by the quality of tea and coffee (organic) and quality of towels. Very good value for a one night stay before a flight from the airport the following day.

Cons:

I think the terrace looked a bit tatty in parts.

Clean and comfortable, Breakfast, Great, staff very good nice and friendly.
Pros:

Clean Tidy room, Staff great, Breakfast really good, Room a bit tight to the wall, Shower a bit dated and noisy fan upstairs, Hotel a bit noisy at night i think a party going on but overall a good stay.

Poor night sleep
Pros:

We booked it as a close place to the airport on arriving back after 11 p.m
The staff were smart and efficient.It was all very clean.
I was very pleased to be able to use the iron.
The security of the car park was good

Cons:

No lift and our room was upstairs.However.the night porter and trainee? kindly took our luggage up for us.The room was very warm as the towel rail in the bathroom was hot and the duvet was .much too thick.It was also very noisy.from very early due to traffic.noise.
The breakfast was underwhelming with no fresh fruit.
We have stayed here a couple of times in past years but it is now not as good value.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast room was lovely - well lit with large windows and natural light, breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Close to Rye town centre.

Cons:

An event on one afternoon and parking was limited, it would have been nice to have been told in advance. They gave us a pass to park in neighbouring car park.

A lovely hotel in a lovely area.
Pros:

Position at back overlooking a river and countryside.
The staff were really lovely.
The hotel is being renovated, the parts already completed are lovely.

Cons:

Our room was at the front of the hotel and noisy if you opened the windows. Quiet if closed.
