Great location and good value
Pros:

Comfortable bed, clean room. Good shower and bath with excellent hot water/pressure.
Great breakfast.
Friendly efficient staff.
Convenient location and beautiful setting at the back with access to a nature reserve.

Cons:

Our room was right next to the main entrance and smokers area so we were woken by inconsiderate guests leaving early/returning late and smokers outside our window.
A plant pot was provided at the entrance for cigarette butts which doesn't create a great first impression for non-smokers.

When we booked with booking .com we thought we were having an accessible room because this is how your website showed it.
You need to get your act together!!
Our first night had to be in a room unsuitable for my disabled wife!!!
Fortunately the hotel staff were able to change the room for an accessible one only due to a cancellation!
Hotel said it was a constant problem with Booking.com

Good stay
Pros:

Lovely view of the river with the room, quiet location, staff was friendly, food was nice. It is a bit pricey but we had a good stay.

Cons:

Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner in the room as well as the restaurant (dirty chairs)
