Very comfortable, great service
Pros:

Back view over the river. Breakfast was great but not included, which for £113 for the room for a night was disappointing

Cons:

Busy with traffic at getting there and leaving but then you can’t change that!

Absolutely loved it..
Pros:

On arrival the receptionist was lovely..I even got an upgrade as I been having a ruff time in the few years

Cons:

I couldnt pull the shower pin up on mixer tap.. but the bath was great

Great Hotel
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and so was the room. The dining room was nicely laid out and the food was very good. Also the service was excellent in the restaurant

Good base to stay while visiting family & friends.
Pros:

Setting overlooking river..very picturesque and relaxing. Staff always friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Although property is clean & tidy some areas could do with a little improvement…carpet on stairs a bit worn & bathroom shower not easy to use. Food adequate but a little bland.

Very Nice easy drive to the ferry in Poole
Pros:

Comfy room close to our morning ferry departure from Poole. Excellent value for money. Pleasant, quiet riverside location and a good meal in the restaurant.

Staff were friendly, breakfasts and evening meal(sea bass) were good with a variety of choice, plenty of parking at rear

Cons:

Would have liked the option of scrambled egg not just fried egg on breakfast menu. Room needed more table/parking space to open suitcase and place items on. Also being in a heatwave a mini fridge would have been welcome to keep some cold water in. We should have booked an accessible room as we both have mobility issues and struggled up stairs as no lift. We were unable to shower as the shower is over a bath which we were unable to safely climb into as no hand rail on wall. There is only one accessible twin room available in this hotel of over 200 rooms.

Gratis Parking hinter dem Haus, schöner Garten, einladendes Restaurant und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat die besten Jahre schon hinter sich. Die Heizung im Badezimmer war voll aufgedreht während im Zimmer die Klimaanlage lief? Der Strassenlärm ist auch im Zimmer sehr laut.
Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gemietet. In einem Zimmer war das Badezimmer noch eher neu und nicht so verbraucht im anderen Badezimmer hat die Dusche aus dem Schlauch gespritzt und die halbe Duschbrause ist zerfallen, sobald das Wasser anging. Auch hatte es Silberfische im Bad, was ich für ein Hotel nicht ok finde.

Clean comfortable with great staff
Pros:

The room was compact, but clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very small but clean.
Meals were good and the staff great especially Mike, who couldn’t have done more to make our stay comfortable
The double glazing masked the traffic noise well
