Great stay, would recommend.
Pros:

We stayed for a couple of nights here in room 108, a wheelchair accessible room on the ground floor overlooking the river. Being just the other side of the bar, we were a bit concerned that it would be noisy, but we heard nothing at all and the views across the river from our room were stunning. The room was cleaned to a high standard and the bathroom had grab bars around the toilet, a roll in shower with well placed grab bars and a removable shower stool, plus plenty of room to manoeuvre. The toilet itself was quite low, but the hotel do offer a raised toilet seat if requested. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, although it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit alongside the sweetened mixed berries. We would definitely return if in the area

A pleasant place with a great atmosphere
Pros:

We returned to The Bridge Hotel as it is a place we use when visiting the area. As usual, the Accommodation is adequate for what we require and is located next to and over looking the river Stour.
The rooms are clean, well serviced and in particular have independent controlled, walled mounted heating units.
Room rates are competitive and there is a good bar and dining area. The staff work as a team and are efficient and friendly.
As we were attending a 50th birthday celebration, we made some noise in the function room, but hopefully not to the detriment of other guests. There were no complaints that got back to us.
To sum up there is a very pleasant atmosphere with this place that makes us want to return and we will do so.

Good experience
Pros:

It was very easy to book the room. Check in was fast and the receptionist was very pleasant. I had a complimentary room upgrade which I very much appreciated, as the view of the river was lovely. The room was very clean, had everything needed and the hotel was very quiet. The only reason I marked it down was due to the bed, although it was comfortable I could feel the springs in one side of the mattress. Pillows were very good and the linen was good quality. I was happy with the quality of my stay especially at the reasonable price.
