Overall very good. Would book again.
Pros:

Room was spacious.Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Couldn’t use the bath/shower as I couldn’t get in it, as I have trouble with mobility.

river view is the only bonus for this hotel
Pros:

river view which was the only pleasure as really beautiful,
staff members nice and friendly, helpful

Cons:

the prise as not worth for hotel stay.
room basic-nothing like modern style, no wardrobe, small bathroom.
breakfast basic-no cold cuts plate, no cheese plate, no choice of yogurts, no choice of sweets, no coffee machine.

too expensive for that not high standard.
extra paid for river view which was the only pleasure as really beautiful

We were above the smoking area in our room and asked to move. The staff were excellent moved as straight away plus we go

Attending a funeral and it was a place to stay.
Pros:

Our room was OK but it had a damp smell which disappeared later in the evening but came back in the morning. Had evening meal and it was very nice.

Cons:

The smell in the room. Also lorry unloading outside bedroom window early morning.

The good sized, secure car park.

Cons:

We had to wait a good fifteen minutes to be attended to at check in because staff were preoccupied at the bar, this made us late for our event. There was no urgency to check us in, despite knowing that we were standing waiting (we arrived on time). The room was extremely basic and you had to walk through the bar and lounge area everytime you needed to get in and out, with everyone staring (we were formally dressed for an event). The bed had two insect traps under it, the tv didn’t work (poor signal) and it was extremely stuffy in the room. Also the shower was of very poor design, causing water to run all over the floor from the tray everytime you turn it on and the bedroom door didn’t shut properly so when we thought it was closed it was in fact open all night so anyone could have walked in from the hotel bar. The room was poorly decorated and very sparse for the price.

Lovely great value hotel.
Pros:

Great location for us to visit family. Lovely room. Breakfast and food is good. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The shower was a challenge to say the least. It was rigid so hit you in the face or the wall as there was no way you could manoeuvre it.

The location suited our needs and on site restaurant was ok for our short stay. Cleanliness was good and staff attentive and helpful.

Cons:

The room was smaller than we expected for the price. The bed was king size but there was little more than 2 feet clearance to the walls.

Was an enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful, good parking facilities.
Clean and tidy. Room was big.
As there was 22 of my family staying 2 nights and
eating in the restaurant feed back was good.

Cons:

Noise from the road, busy road.
I wanted a room with walk in shower not available, I have mobility issues so to get in and out of bath was difficult for me. On the plus side I was given a handle and rubber mat.

Location was appropriate for our needs comfortable bed very clean

Cons:

Room was smaller than expected Wi-Fi kept dropping out. There was a strange noise that could be heard from time to time sounded like a pump or macerater. I spoke to reception who offered to move us to another room but as we hadn’t heard it during the night we opted to stay in the room. Although the noise could still be heard periodically it didn’t keep us awake, however on the last morning of our stay we were woken at approximately 7.30am by what sounded like barrels being unloaded with banging noises.
