A warm and friendly experience
Pros:

As usual the staff went above and beyond . Our arrival was seamless, room with heating on and curtains drawn , side lights on A real welcome as usual . On departure the next day , a member of staff came to our room and said we could stay after 11am until our taxi came for the airport . Such a kind thought .

The toilets being upstairs along way to walk the disabled toilets we're disgusting it looked like the toilet on right was leaking even in the morning after being cleaned it still had a strong urine smell the floor had definitely been clean as no puddles
