It looks like that Orbitz made a mistake: I reserved a room for 2 persons with 2 beds, and in the confirmation e-mail they sent me the information with the picture of that room. However, the hotel said that Orbitz sent them a room with one bed, which is so tiny; dont have that room. After half an hour discussion, we got our room. Otherwise the hotel was good/basic, updated with a strong aircondition.

I have stayed here before, and I will stay again. However, even though I paid for my reservation with a credit card in advanced, at check in the clerk stated that I had not paid, and I must present me credit card and pay for the entire stay of 2 nights. I knew that it would be resolved, so I went ahead to gave him my card, even though I had the printout showing how much I had already paid and how I made the payment.

It did take a few calls to customer service, and this issue has been completely resolved with a refund to my credit card.

En general está bien el hotel, sin embargo en diferentes páginas te venden un super hotel con alberca y vistas hermosas hacia la playa , lamentablemente no es así, es un hotel que solo da servicio de hospedaje .
Nosotros cuando llegamos nos llevamos una sorpresa fatal, al menos para mí fue decepcionante, la habitación que me habían reservado estaba en parte de abajo y olia a humedad, sin embargo salí a hablar con la chica del mostrador. Y de verdad mis respeto. Me trató con mucha amabilidad y accedió a cambiarme de habitacion, porque de igual manera me habían reservado una habitación triple, cuando yo había reservado una doble , cuando me cambio fue mejor .
Y como fueron pasando los días me fui adaptando al hospedaje y sobre todo al personal . La atención fue excelente .
Así que si quieren un hotel con solo hospedaje y que esté céntrico, éste es el hotel perfecto para ti...

Estuvo muy bien, solo tuvimos algunos problemas con el aire acondicionado pero lo solucionaron

El hotel es agradable y se encuentra muy cerca del zocalo donde puedes encontrar diferentes tour's uno de los principales es el de conocer las bahias principales y en el cual el hotel se encarga de tu traslado.

TENGAN CUIDADO CON ESTE HOTEL DE QUINTA QUE NO DAN NI FACTURA HABITACIONES SUCIAS

Resulta que estaba ocupada la habitación que había reservado, me dieron otra, al siguiente dia me cambiaron, pesimo servicio muy chicas las habitaciones, espero y hoteles.com pueda recompensar

No sirven bien la tele, la luz de la habitacion, ni el clima. Fue limpia sin embargo. Tambien reservamos una habitacion para dos adultos por 600 pesos. A cambiar a una habitacion con dos camas para dos adultos, subio el precio a 952 pesos !! Cambiamos a otro hotel - Hotel Del Parque - para disfrutar la visita a La Crucecita.
