Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the location for me was perfect.
The towels and sheets were very clean

Cons:

1. Staff only speak a few words English
2. Hotel is very very old fashion
3. The shower curtain was very yellow
4. The taps are very outdated
5. The floor was well polished, but there were many signs of wear on it.
6. The breakfast was in the basement and cold
7. I asked for a fried egg and I had to pay extra foe this
8. The breakfast was very poor par example there were no fresh bread served but instead industrial wrapped sandwiches
9. The tv is so small that it is not nice to watch tv
10. The rooms look like they haven't been maintained in the last 50 years.

Recomendo ! O Hotel ótimo, bem pensado !
Pros:

O hotel é único à sua maneira. Nos juntamos com família e ocupamos várias quartos no piso 4.
Sentimo-nos bastante confortáveis.
As camas - colchões, almofadas, roupa de cama - eram todas novas e limpas.
As toalhas eram mudadas todos os dias. A água era dada de acordo com o número de pessoas no quarto. Tínhamos pequenos-almoços incluídos e eram mínimos, mas suficientes para acordar e sair para explorar Istambul e os arredores.
Todos os dias - pão, manteiga, vários tipos de queijo (como suluguni, fios), ovos cozidos, salsichas, batatas fritas, pepinos, tomates, ervas. Chá de folhas sem igual. Não havia café solúvel. Mas pode pedir-se café turco por um preço extra.
Por vezes havia uma salada.

O hotel é muito acolhedor e interessante para explorar a Turquia e Istambul, como se estivéssemos num museu de história local.
Havia objectos, instalações de pedra, minerais e madeira por todo o lado. Nos corredores, em cada piso, há uma zona com um conjunto de mobiliário tradicional.

Também gostámos muito da área desportiva. Jogámos bilhar e pingue-pongue! As crianças gostaram imenso!

Dito isto, existe um centro comercial nas proximidades onde os nossos filhos se divertiram enquanto fazíamos compras.
Os funcionários é muito prestável e atencioso, tanto na sala de refeições como na limpeza, como no Recepção.

Cons:

Passamos quase 9 dias no piso 4, quarto número 1613, e decidimos voltar no caso , se vai mudar algumas coisas.

Há momentos que, no nosso caso, o hotel não podia proporcionar - é a falta de cortinas Blackout. E eu escrevi e pedi quartos com cortinas blackout. Quando chegámos, ficou claro que não havia essas condições.

E eu pedi mesmo
um quarto sem fumo, porque tenho asma e rinite crónica, alérgica ao pó. Mas no hotel, sempre do lado do nosso quarto, alguém estava a fumar - e mesmo depois de arejar, no nosso quarto havia uma sensação de fumo.
Depois descobri que o aquecedor ao lado do qual estava a dormir estava cheio de pó - pedi ao pessoal da limpeza para o limpar, pois estava a sufocar.
O empregado gentilmente concordou e limpou a parte de cima, mas o pó no interior ainda lá estava. Talvez da próxima vez tenha mais sorte.
Outra coisa, para levar a mala para o elevador, é preciso descer as escadas, ou usar uma plataforma articulada e a mala desce. Mas, quando saímos, pedi ajuda para levantar a mala até à saída da receção e o pessoal do hotel ajudou-me. Estou-lhes muito grato.

Pros:

Отличное расположение, дружелюбный персонал, доступная цена. Уже второй раз здесь, но теперь это мой любимый отель. Надеюсь в будущем так же останется.

Cons:

Все понравилось. Только было не удобно каждый раз просить молоко к чаю на завтраке. Было бы отлично если бы поставили натуральное молоко для чая. Можно в маленькой сосуде, так как некоторые любит чай с молоком, а от сухого порошка бывает аллергия.
