Pros:

El hotel muy lindo, las instalaciones cómodas y el personal de recepción y del restaurante muy amable,!atendieron nuestra estancia con mucha diligencia y empatía.

Cons:

El personal de limpieza muy enojado, en 2 oportunidades tuvimos contacto pero lastimosamente fue muy apática la persona.

Anstrengende, heiße Städtetour. Aber viel gesehen, sehr schön und lecker gegessen.
Pros:

Die Lage war wirklich ideal, um Marseille zu Fuß zu erkunden. Metro, Tram, Bus sehr nah. Hotel kann man super vom Airport mit dem Schnellbus (alle 10 Min/Fahrzeit 30 Min) und zwei Metrostationen erreichen. Frühstück nicht genutzt. Auf Zimmerservice, wegen der kurzen Anwesenheit und aus umwelttechnischen Gründen, verzichtet.

Cons:

Leider konnte man im Hotel nichts trinken. Es wurden allerdings Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Vielleicht ist es danach möglich. Tägliche Kaffeekapseln wären schön.

Chambre très petite. Peu de rangement. Beaucoup de poussière sous le lit. Mauvais rapport qualité prix. Nous avons demandé des petites serviettes on ne les a jamais eu. Il n’y a pas de bouteilles d’eau disponibles à la réception, uniquement une fontaine au sous sol.

Pros:

Lovely room on side street, near the Joliette metro and Tram T2 and 3. Lively neighbourhood. Really liked the small pool downstairs to destress after a long day. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was varied with sweet and savoury options.

Cons:

The pool was quite small and it was slightly awkward being there at the same time as other guests.

La situation de l’hôtel est parfaite.
La literie et la salle de bain sont propres et de bonne qualité.

Cons:

À l’accueil, il y avait stagiaire hôtesse, heureusement accompagnée d’un professionnel.
Tout débutant doit apprendre son métier, c’est normal, ce qui l’est moins c’est de trouver une hôtesse dans l’hôtellerie qui parle mal français.

D’autre part, la douche italienne est belle, mais même en faisant attention l’eau déborde à l’extérieur de la douche.
Et la chambre avait un lavabo bouché.

Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal, Zimmer wurde modernisiert, das Bad ist mit einer begehbaren Dusche (also ohne Wanne) ausgestattet. Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück mit frisch aufgeschnittenem Obst.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war recht klein, was aber nicht weiter störte. Beim Frühstück wird wie inzwischen in den meisten Stadthotels üblich nur noch Fertig-Rührei aus dem Tetrapak zubereitet.

les chambres sont petites mais fonctionnelle. La salle de bain très moderne. La petite attention avec un mot personnalisé dans la chambre très appréciable

Cons:

la climatisation est réglée par la réception, on ne peut ni l'arrêter ni la remettre en route comme on veut sans faire appel à la réception pour un 4* c'est étonnant.
