El aire acondicionado no funciono adecuadamente, no enfriaba la habitación además de que el olor del hotel era a auto nuevo y después de un par de horas harta ese aroma, la cama muy incómoda. El espacio del estacionamiento demasiado pequeño, la alberca nada que ver con la foto muy pequeña. Tan mal me fue que solo me quede dos días en el hotel y al entregar la habitación ni siquiera les importó el porqué dejaba el hotel tres días antes. Pésimo servicio e instalaciones

Las instalaciones están bastante descuidadas
Adicional, no quieren facturar lo pagado por medio de Expedia
Necesitan aclarar eso con ellos, ya que se les pide factura, y el argumento es que ustedes tienen que hacerla, pero se les pide a ustedes, y no existe forma de solicitar la factura
