Pros:

Très bon petit déjeuner et très bon restaurant (nous avons pris la demi pension avec le repas du soir). Extérieur très agréable avec un étang et des chaises longues. Chambre correcte et fourniture serviette, peignoir, sandale pour profiter de l'espace spa, piscine et extérieur. Nous avons eu une fuite au plafond, le personnel a très rapidement réagi en nous changeant de chambre.

Cons:

Chambre supposée être climatisée, alors que seule une climatisation portative était disponible beaucoup trop bruyante et inefficace pour une grande chambre pour 3 personnes. Mobilier du balcon dans un très mauvais état, complètement déchiré. État de la piscine: des moisissures sur les joints de carrelage. Sauna mis en route à la demande donc jamais chaud. Vieux mobilier de jardin entassé à divers endroits du jardin, ce qui gâche la vue. Billard en mauvais état et disposé dans le bâtiment de la piscine qui ferme à 20h, donc on ne petit pas y jouer le soir. De plus, les boules n'étaient pas disponibles. Enfin, nous avons eu un gros problème avec la réservation via booking car la demi- pension n'était pas enregistrée par l'hôtel. Le personnel avait du mal à retenir l'information ce qui nous a valu quelques mésaventures à certains dîners (non prévu donc attente interminable). Le personnel, bien que sympathique, semblait être certains soirs composé uniquement de jeunes en formation complètement dépassés (et qui ne parlaient qu’allemand). Nous avons une fois attendu 30 minutes une bière et le 1er plat pour au final nous dire qu'il n'y avait plus cette marque de bière. Pour conclure, l'hôtel a un gros potentiel malheureusement on dirait un hôtel qui a été au niveau d'un 4 étoiles mais qui n'a pas été suffusamment entretenu et rénové et qui n'a pas une équipe au niveau tous les jours.

Pros:

Wirklich toller Garten & Terasse mit wunderbarem Frühstücksbuffet. Zudem Wellness/ Sauna im Hotel und Parkplätze gleich vor der Tür.

Cons:

Bett ist wirklich nicht bequem (Matrazen sind SEHR hart) und auch das Personal ist teilweise schlecht geschult.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, in einer ruhigen Straße! Einen großen Parkplatz! Der Empfang war freilich! Die Gartenanlage ist sehr schön mit dem tollen Schwimmteich! Auch das Hallenbad ist super groß zum Schwimmen, wenn auch in die Jahre gekommen! Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, auch eine Frühstücksköchin verwöhnt mit Eierspeisen

Trotz Klima ist es sehr warm (wie gerade überall)
Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber
