Pros:

Pros:

Les réceptionniste étaient très agréable souriantes et aux petits soins le logement est propre dans l’ensemble très bon emplacement spacieux

Cons:

2 légère remontée de canalisation ( ce qui peut arriver ) mais ça n’a pas entravé le bon déroulement de mon séjour :)

Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend. Kaum bewegt man sich Richtung Stadt, kommt man in einen wunderschönen Park, an dessen Ende ein Lift (oder nach Belieben auch eine Treppe) in die Stadt führt. Nach dem Aussteigen aus dem Lift befindet man sich schon in einer Hauptachse zum Strand. Und noch dies: Das Parkieren des Autos war unentgeltlich und es hatte mehr als genug Platzt.

Cons:

Die Kaution von 250 Euro finde ich übertrieben. Aber sie wurde am Nachmittag nach der Abreise deblockiert.

Pros:

Tout! Très belle bâtisse partagée en appartements avec des salons communs. C’est magnifique, très proche du parc Mauresque et de la ville d’Hiver. Gare SNCF à 10/15 minutes à pied, comme le front de mer et le centre-ville.
