Will never go back
Pros:

Hotel was quite pretty inside lobby area

Cons:

Constant non stop noise all through the night. Didn’t sleep for one second. Put do not disturb sign on door but had someone enter my room 3 times very early when challenged she stated she wanted to see if we checked in ok but how she didn’t get that info from the 1st time she let herself in while we were sleeping I don’t know.

Pros:

The apartment was clean and spacious. It is very convenient for local bars

Cons:

Although I didn’t expect much from an inexpensive stay it was ruined by a dreadful smell of drains which permeated the apartment.
As it is very close to bars and restaurants we expected noise from them late at night. What we didn’t expect was the noise from the apartment above us until 2am. We could even hear them using the bathroom

A real disapointment.

No one on reception. Safe didn't work in the room. Shower curtain fell down. Pool closed.

Awful.
Cons:

1. I arrived at 15:00 and my room wasn’t ready nor clean, I was told to wait 30 min and then it went up to an hour or two.
2. My fridge was broken and kept leaking water I told them about the problem, she cleaned the water and then it leaked again. Yes they changed the fridge but why wasn’t this sorted earlier?
3. Beds were extremely uncomfortable!!! And my friend found a bug on the bed.
4. You’re not given a remote for the aircon so if you have to call for help so they can fix the aircon.
5. You have no reception. If you need help you have to call the number available.
6. We got locked out of the room around midnight - the card wasn’t working. We called the number multiple times no answer. Our flight was the next day. We were stressed. When someone did answer they wouldn’t understand English which is understandable but they didn’t even speak Spanish. Then after an hour let us in and wouldn’t give us keys that work. So imagine there was a fire??
I can go on!! It was noisy and walls were thin. Towels were not clean, they just bought them from the corner shop on the street. You will see it’s the same towels. I paid so much money and it was ridiculous. I definitely want money back.
