Foi regular, mas não voltaria ou indicaria a alguém.
Pros:

A varanda do quarto é bem agradável e o quarto tem um tamanho ótimo, o café da manhã é excelente, o atendimento dos funcionários no café é muito bom, a área externa é bem bonita e bem silenciosa.

Cons:

Os móveis são bem antigos (não vintage, antigo mesmo), o banheiro vaza no box, no meu quarto tinha quadros estranhos, eu não me senti bem. A academia é muuito defasada os equipamentos são antigos e não tem pesos, tudo é muito precário.

Not worth it, stay elsewhere
Pros:

Breakfast was a good range but limited dairy free options. the pool was great and by far the best thing about this hotel

Cons:

The beds were the worst bit. So uncomfortable - you can see the springs. the rooms were very old and dated. the bathroom tap didn't turn off. the door didn't lock. the sound proofing was non existent. The shuttle bus didn't bother collecting at the agreed 30 minute (evening) schedule. The front desk 'provided' a wake up call at 06.30 that we didn't ask for -wrong room I think! Overall, not worth the money. this place needs serious investment. I did try to raise these issues when staying, but the team were not interested in trying to understand us - we don't speak Portuguese and they made no effort to find a way to communicate.

Ficamos pouco tempo no hotel porque durante os quatro dias, fizemos passeios durante o dia e saímos para jantar e conhec

O box vazou muita água para fora dos limites dele durante o banho.
Pedimos a manutenção que foi prontamente feita e resolvido o problema.

Pros:

Ótima localização e café da manhãs com bastante variedade. O espaço é bonito em meio a natureza. A piscina é ótima.

Cons:

Faltam algumas reformas, como no box do banheiro, e na área de jogos. Os grupos de adolescentes quando ocorrem devem ser avisados do horário de descanso após as 22h

Barulho dos grupos atrapalharam nossa estadia em um belo hotel.
Pros:

Gostamos bastante do transfer para o centro da cidade. O café da manhã muito bom. O atendimento de todo o corpo de funcionários do hotel. Da piscina. Da recepção.

Cons:

O excesso de barulho de grupos que chegaram durante nossa estadia. Nos dias em que haviam grupos, o barulho durante a noite foi até as 02 horas da madrugada e reiniciaram as 05h30 da manhã. Inconcebíbel para quem precisa descansar para fazer trilhas durante todo o dia seguinte. O barulho dos grupos não é qualquer barulho, se trata de gritaria nos corredores, gritaria nos quartos, risadas altas, independente do horário, batidas de portas, etc. O primeiro grupo que chegou tinha 140 pessoas (isso mesmo, cento e quarenta pessoas). Para mim, todo o resto de bom do hotel, desaparece diante deste problema dos grupos. Só para citar, os quartos estão com sérios problemas de humidade e mofo.

A estrutura como um todo é boa, café da manhã com variedade

Cons:

Chegamos um pouco antes do horário e só fomos fazer o check in às 16:00 por que ainda estavam limpando. No primeiro dia deu um problema e ficamos sem água quente

Hotel bonito, mas o enxoval com cheiro forte de mofo, banheiro com cortina de plástico que molhava o banheiro inteiro.

Piscina precisa ser aquecida.
