Excellent hotel, great breakfast. Location very good, close to all main sights.

Excellent location. Very nice hotel with great breakfast. Outside seating area with great views.

Cons:

We had inner rooms which were a bit dark as they had very little natural light.

Perfect location in Segovia
Pros:

Fantastic location steps from the Alcazar. Some rooms with Alcazar and sunset view patios. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet (€9 per person).

Cons:

No complaints - highly recommended!

Moest ik ooit teruggaan naar Segovia, dan wil ik weer in dit hotel verblijven.
Pros:

De locatie was perfect : op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden.
Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
We konden parkeren in de privéparking (mits betaling, maar dat is OK).
Heel mooi en aangenaam hotel.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets.

Great location and fabulous views from horrible hotel
Pros:

Fabulous views out to the Alcazar and across the valley to the hills from the window in my room and also from the garden terrace above the old city walls. The hotel is in a great location, close to the Cathedral and not far from other places of interest in the old city. The room and bathroom are large and everywhere was very clean. It was very quiet in my room at the back of the hotel.

Cons:

It was very very cold and difficult to work out how to get the air conditioner heating to work. The man at reception was not helpful when I asked for hot water to make a cup of tea that I was in need of. He refused to help me work the coffee maker for hot water so I dared not ask for help with anything else. My clothes all felt slightly damp and the strange lift system in this dated hotel was like something out of Fawlty Towers. There were hideous abstract 1970s-80s ‘artworks’ on all the walls.

Cour extérieure avec vue sur le château. Excellent déjeuner

Cons:

Cela aurait été agréable, si le système d’air climatisé avait fonctionné. Je ne sais pas à quelle date ils arrêtent le chauffage, mais cela aurait été plus confortable et moins humide

Bardzo wyrafinowany wystrój wnętrza!

Bardzo urokliwy hotel ulokowany w starym budynku ale widać, że zainwestowano dużo środków, aby uzyskać bardzo czyste, zadbane, o bardzo wyszukanym wystroju wnętrze. Polecam bardzo!!!!
