Disappointed!!
Pros:

The location was superb.

Cons:

I was very disappointed about the a/c not working, I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff, but nothing was done about it during my stay. However one young man that worked on the front desk offered me a fan,which brought a little relief, because it was extremely hot there.

Todo en general, pero si hubiese que destacar el personal de habitaciones (la chica un encanto) y personal de comedor (atentos, disposición para resolver cualquier contratiempo) en ambos casos 10/10

Wouldn’t have paid for half board if knew food so poor only had one evening meal and one lunch there

Location good, room on 5th floor good. Clean

Cons:

Food very poor , breakfast worst ever had in 3* hotel. Hot breakfast in one small serving station. Regs, sausage and poorly cooked bacon - that’s it . Table service for lunch and dinner also poor.
