Amazing hotel with view
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. The staff, the breakfast, the location of the hotel and the amazing view from our balcony.

100% Empfehlung.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine Toplage an vorderster Front zum Strand und zum Hafen. Ich parkiere jeweils bei Mercadona-Parkhaus gleich um die Ecke. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sehr sauber und verfügte über eine riesige Terrasse mit voller Meersicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok, beim Nachtessen hat die Küche noch Potential. Insgesamt überzeugt aber das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für diese Lage in Benidorm.

lovely staff -great location if you love old town benidorm
Pros:

breakfast was a self-serve buffet and, apart from queuing at coffee machines, was very tasty and had a wide choice - staff were very friendly and we also enjoyed the hotel bar - we would recommend this hotel for good value & it's location in the old town part of benidorm

Cons:

the hotel was fab -it's benidorm we were not too fond of -alicante & altea were 2 towns nearby we loved

Pros:

Breakfast. The hot dishes need a complete overall.
Eggs and Bacon were stacked on top of each other. Making it hard to separate. Also the bacon was tasteless.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Excellent location, amazing views to the sea from our balcony on the 5th floor. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, very good wifi and excellent breakfast in the café downstairs. Staff is very friendly. Excellent value for money. We will certainly be back and recommend.

Cons:

The only negative of our stay was the treatment by a rude waiter at the café downstairs. He got 1 drink from our order wrong, which is not a problem. The problem is that 30 minutes later, I was still waiting for my drink, while he served the exact drink to another customer who came much later than us. When I complained, he literally hide away, and it was the other waiter who apologised instead. Such a shame, as the rest of the staff were very nice all the time.

Genialna lokalizacja w samym centrum tuż przy promenadzie. Hotel czysty, śniadanie wystarczające. W przypadku pokoju jednoosobowego przed sezonem - świetna relacja jakość-cena.
