i like the incorporation of surinamese culture on the property. They need to get a better coffeemachine to handle the amount of coffee required for the breakfast buffet.

Jammer dat ik herhaaldelijk moest aangeven dat mijn boeking inclusief ontbijt is!!! 2e keer verblijf was de kamer minder schoon, met name de vloer. Verder alles prettig en heerlijk ontbijt. Maar nu is er toch extra geld van mijn rekening gehaald voor ontbijt waarom?? Heel vervelend!

Eco Torarica was the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and convenience. The lush green surroundings created a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax, while still being close to the heart of Paramaribo. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We especially enjoyed having access to amenities at the other nearby Torarica hotels.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit, always ready with a smile or assistance. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and we especially appreciated the eco-conscious touches throughout the property.

We would definitely recommend Eco Torarica to anyone looking for a quiet and refreshing stay in Paramaribo. Would love to return!

Great friendly customer service and real value for your money

The airline messed up my departure. No one could have been help any more than I was by the hotel in this situation. They went above and beyond to resolve the problems created by the airline. The staff was great very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is on the river great place for pheasant break. There are a number places to eat and play. Will plan on a return.

The property was booked out so we had to resort to parking on the road one night which wasn't bad, but also wasn't preferred.
Reception/front desk staff were friendly and helped sort out problems in an amicable way.

Séjour horrible. Je n'ai pas pu dormir de la nuit à cause d'oiseaux qui émettaient des cris stridents comme en période d'accouplement juste devant ma fenêtre. Je ne sais pas quoi penser? Ils doivent cela au plus vite.

There is need for treatment of cockroaches

Lovely property. Minor Check in issues which was resolved.cleaning services on one day was incomplete. Notwithstanding great and courteous team marina in the restaurant.

I loved this hotel, it is a beautiful place that is very well run.
I stayed here twice on my trip through the Guianas, and each time the staff was helpful, friendly and accommodating. I especially enjoyed the freshly made to order eggs each morning as well as the cappuccino machine in the breakfast area.
