Great Views and friendly staff!
Pros:

I loved the view from the room and the Balcony, Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very clean room and bathroom. I've stayed here multiple times and it's My Go To in the city, always a great stay!

Love it! We'll be back
Pros:

We've stayed here before and it's quickly becoming our accommodation of choice when visiting Broadway. It's close to everything.

Cons:

As it is in the heart of everything, it was very loud -- more than usual though. Also, the Reading Room closes early and cannot be charged to the room. Not a "dislike," jut inconvenient.

Hotel bien, buena ubicación pero cama muy mala.
Pros:

Está muy bien situado, las habitaciones no tienen alfombra y eso me gusta porque es más limpio y son amplias, el baño bien para lo que hay en Manhattan.

Cons:

El colchón muy malo, súper incómodo, parecía de los de muelles de los de antes, aunque el hotel me gustó, no sé si volvería solo por el colchón.

We really enjoyed our stay there and might stay there again but would stay in the front up high where you can’t smell th

We liked the location and the rooms are quite big. The staff are all amazing and happy to help in any way. If you call down for something , it’s sent up in minutes ! They give you bathrobes and slippers and other amenities in the room.

Cons:

The pillows are too soft and you can’t get as comfortable as you would like. . There was a smell of cigarettes and marijuana smoke wafting up all night from the back balconies or alleyway , not sure. And the doors slam really loudly above you and beside you. That could be fixed I think.

konumu harika her yere yakın. odalar geniş, balkon var. kahvaltı açık büfe değil 7-8 seçenek var ama hepsi çok lezzetli ve doyurucu. otelin tüm çalışanları çok güleryüzlü, yardım sever ve cana yakın. 10 kişilik bir grup olarak konakladık. ben 2 yaşında oğlumla konakladım. çok konforluydu.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Lage, Personal und Zimmer wirklich top. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren rundum glücklich und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Leider wurde an mehreren Tagen früh im Haus gebohrt. Kann aber auch vom Nachbarhaus gekommen sein.

The balcony door didn’t lock there’s only one lock on the front door and no lock on bathroom door. It’s a bit scary for a woman alone
