Pros:

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und es fehlte uns an nichts. Da wir früh abreisen mussten, wurde uns ein Frühstückspäckli ins Zimmer gelegt.

В целом, несмотря на некоторые минусы, проживание в этом отеле нам понравилось.
Pros:

Неплохое расположение отеля. Вид на завтраке тоже прекрасный. Вид из номера как повезет) может быть боковой вид на океан или же номер на первом этаже с видом на бассейн, поэтому, если для вас это важно, уточняйте заранее. Хорошо, что есть спа, но плохо, что работает оно всего лишь до 19:00. Приятный персонал, чисто, уборка каждый день. В номере есть капсульная кофемашина и чайник.

Cons:

1. Нет парковки. Это большая проблема, так как однажды нам пришлось ставить машину в самом начале улицы и идти до отеля метров 300. Поверьте, это дискомфортно, учитывая дороги Мадейры.
2. Завтраки до 10 утра, хотя на отдыхе хочется немного дольше поспать. Сам завтрак скудный. По факту, на завтрак вы можете поесть яйца, бутерброды, овощи, хлопья и выпечку. Не впечатлило.
3. Нет бесплатной питьевой воды в номере. В номере стоит бутылка воды, которая стоит 4€ ( а в магазине такая же стоит 1.5€). Да, вы можете купить воду и потом наполнять эту бутылку (или приобрести многоразовую бутылку на ресепшене за 5€) бесплатно в лобби отеля в специальном аппарате, но в отелях такого уровня обычно предлагают хотя бы одну бесплатную бутылку воды.
4. Спа до 19:00 - очень неудобно. Днем хочется погулять, а вечером, вернувшись в отель, расслабиться в спа. Но такой возможности нет, ибо оно уже закрыто. Так же в бане необходимо находится без одежды (это не минус, просто к сведению).
5. Хотелось бы, чтобы в ванной был шампунь и кондиционер, а не только гель для душа.

Joli site mais pas pratique de se faire comprendre
Pros:

Le site magnifique dans la falaise avec plusieurs étages

Cons:

Le personnel; je ne suis pas arrivé à me faire comprendre, soit su bar, soit à la réception, communication difficile. La salle de restaurant du petit déjeuner est trop petit et le personnel ne comprend pas bien les demandes. Le restaurant pizzeria à côté avec des créneaux horaires de réservation ridicule. On nous averti que le seul créneau disponible est 19h40, soit, mais en arrivant nous sommes pris en compte à 20h ?? en fin de compte tout est problème de communication je pense.

Single nigjt stay over, close to the airport so good to relax before returning home.

Schöner Aufenthalt im Madeira Urlaub

Schöne Lage vom Hotel

Cons:

Das Zimmer war für einen 10 tägigen Urlaub etwas klein, Abstellmöglichkeiten waren vom Hotel mit Gläsern, Telefon...vollständig besetzt. Aber vielleicht müssen wir bei der nächsten Buchung mehr auf die Grösse achtgeben.
Beim Frühstück wäre ein wenig Abwechslung angebracht: z. B
einmal Lachs. verschiedene Aufstriche - nicht alle Tage Philadelphia, Käse und Wurstsorten waren alle Tage gleich.
Bitte das nur als Anregung zu verstehen. Sonst sehr schönes und hochwertiges Frühstück.
