soggiorno piacevole, posizione veramente ottima, parcheggio sempre disponibile. Ci tornerei.

Consigliato per la posizione vicino al centro, alla conad e ampio parcheggio a disposizione gratuito

Cons:

Camera non insonorizzata e si sente ogni rumore da fuori, fornello ad induzione non funziona e la zanzariera era rotta: l'interno della camera da migliorare tutto!

Colazione non era prevista. Posizione ottima. Piscina ottima. Spazio esterno molto ampio così come il posteggio privato

Cons:

Vista la stagione ed il gran caldo la mancanza di aria condizionata si sente anche se il ventilatore a soffitto sopperisce. A livello strutturale il box doccia è molto piccolo. La domanda giusta non è "cosa non ti è piaciuto" piuttosto "come si può migliorare" una struttura già di per sé molto valida

Locali datati. Odore sgradevole. Camera -appartamento inadeguata. Arredi vecchi e le poche dotazioni malfunzionanti. Niente aria condizionata,niente lavatrice. Esperienza da non ripetere. Buona solo la posizione,il resto è orrido

Siamo stati bene
Pros:

Zona esterna splendida, peccato per le tante zanzare.
Il bagno necessita assolutamente di interventi .
La posizione è ottimale .

Bagno da rifare e pavimenti zona camera .

Pros:

Lo staff è eccezionale, i ragazzi sono molto bravi e pronti a soddisfare tutte le esigenze. La posizione è comoda alla spiaggia e al centro. Molto bella anche la piscina.

Cons:

Purtroppo la ventilazione negli appartamenti lascia a desiderare le pale a soffitto sono rumorose . Con un impianto di condizionamento sarebbe perfetta perché è davvero un residence dove si sta davvero bene

Elbe, île des touristes avec chiens, impossible d'être tranquille
Pros:

Studio très confortable, bien agencé, avec beaucoup d'espaces de rangement, dressing, crochets, porte en bois obscurcissant complètement la baie vitrée pour la nuit. Hauts plafonds, construction à l'ancienne avec énormément de sens pratique. Balcon dans la verdure à l'abri des regards (revers de la médaille, moustiques à profusion, prévoir répulsif). Parking ombragé. Charmante grande plage sauvage à 3 km qui a sauvé notre séjour.

Cons:

Chiens! Partout, aboiements, crottes à l'entrée! Téléphone de la chambre qui sonne sans raison un matin tôt (la réception dit que ce n'était pas eux). Le jour du départ, on est en train de dormir, il est 8h30. La porte du studio est ouverte sans ménagement, on pousse un cri, je vais voir, la porte laissée large ouverte....et personne! Ni excuses, ni refermer la porte. D'où la mauvaise note que je donne au personnel, sans doute c'était l'équipe de nettoyage qui a pensé que nous avions quitté les lieux (explication donnée par la réception). Plage locale bondée, bateaux parqués pas loin de la rive, horrible!

Pros:

La posizione centrale , vicino al mare e ai negozi , un Conad a 300m aperto tutta la settimana. Difronte alla fermata dei bus pubblici. Il residence è immerso in un parco di pini ed eucalipti. Perciò ombroso. Ha una piscina grande ben tenuta e poi ci sono due campi da tennis, una zona giochi per bambini, e una zona barbecue con tavoli e sedie .
C’è’ un ampio parcheggio privato con posti all’ombra e al sole. Il monolocale è ampio ed ha un balcone con tavolino e sedie dove si può fare colazione o mangiare .
C’è’ l’ascensore comodissimo
Il personale è bravo e competente

Cons:

L’ambiente è un po’ datato , il bagno pulitissimo ma con i sanitari da migliorare. Non c’è aria condizionata ma una pala al soffitto; in settembre può essere sufficiente a raffrescare l’ambiente ma in piena estate non penso.
C’e’una grande sala alla reception dove si trova il bar ma potrebbe essere molto migliorato il servizio e l’uso dell’ambiente.
