Hotel molto bello grande, personale molto gentili, cortesi e disponibili. La camera era super pulita, silenziosa, ben arredata, letto super comodo, bagno piccolo ma ben attrezzato, cambio degli asciugamani e pulizia giornaliera, cosa non scontata.
La nostra camera aveva una vista meravigliosa da un lato il fiume e dall altro la montagna, una meraviglia... un posto magico.
La colazione molto ricca buona e abbondante. Parcheggio incluso gratuito, posizione eccellente in pieno centro a soli 2 minuti a piedi dalle terme e da vari ristoranti buonissimi.
Che dire soggiorno fantastico straconsigliato!!!
Ci tornerò sicuramente!!!

Je suis contente de choisir cet hôtel !
Pros:

J’ai bien aimé la vue depuis notre chambre , on avait 2 balcons et la vue c’était magnifique juste devant la rivière et grand hôtel et des montagnes partout !

Cons:

Le petit dej un peu simple , pas beaucoup de choix, mais en Italie c’est comme ça en général , ils n’ont pas du bon pain ,

Pros:

Ottima esperienza! Hotel in posizione centrale, comodissimo per le terme e vicino a ottimi locali come la pasticceria Bigio (super buona!) e il ristorante Da Franco.

La struttura è impeccabile: pulizia eccellente e personale davvero cordiale, gentile e sempre disponibile.

La camera è ampia, molto pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio.

Colazione molto buona e abbondante, perfetta per iniziare bene la giornata.

Tutto bene, ma soprattutto la colazione ricca e varia

Очень хороший отель, дружелюбный персонал. Термы рядом - 5 минут пешком, отель предоставляет скидку 10% на посещение. Хороший завтрак, прекрасный вид. Можно заказать трансфер в Бергамо
