Hermoso hotel con vista al lago
Pros:

Estructura hermosa con vista al lago, muy linda. También el personal muy bueno.

Cons:

Por ahí distante para moverse y el desayuno un poco pobre, por ejemplo solo jamón cocido nada de otros fiambres, nada de huevos revueltos, un solo queso y el pan no tan bueno, dentro de todo se puede decir que es un desayuno bueno, no excelente.

Si quieres ir a tu viaje con todo pagado, este no es tu hotel.
Pros:

Las instalaciones, la ubicación y la limpieza.

Cons:

La cajera/recepción (cero empatica y malcriada) que nos realizó el cobro el último día.
A mí me gusta ir a los viajes con todo pagado y pese a que indica Booking que van a cobrar con anticipación el valor del hotel, de la tarjeta que tienes agregada en la cuenta, no sucede así, te cobran el día del check out y pagas en pesos, no puedes elegir pagar en dólares, es el único hotel y en el único país, en el que me ha ocurrido esto y terminas pagando otro valor, no es el mismo valor que indica Booking . Si vas a elegir este hotel, no te olvides llevar tu tarjeta de crédito o de dejar pesos para pagar tu estancia.

La atención del personal.
Nada más.

Cons:

El sector apartado que tienen de departamentos. Entiendo que es lo mas económico, pero lo tienen olvidado, muy caído abajo. No tiene ni conexión al WiFi.
Luego el desayuno, no condice con las semejantes instalaciones, parece un desayuno de una hostería.

El mejor del sur lejos
Pros:

La ubicación, la atención, la calidad del servicio, la limpieza. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la habitación, la cambiaron y subimos de categoría y nos regalaron una cena para toda la familia.
Hace rato que en Argentina no me trataban tan bien. El Calafate, sin dudas, LAS DUNAS.
Paz una genia total.
