Cons:

room needs updating wardrobe doors didnt shut ,top cupboard held shut by folded cardboard. Shower was very small . toiletries were not great.

Pros:

Loved the decor of the hotel the staff are very attentive and chatty its lovely and clean enjoyed the evening entertainment breakfast was lovely but unfortunately bad time keeping on my behalf missed the evening meal and I didn't make use of the pool or jacuzzi so will definitely have to visit again.

Cons:

Blackpool its self didn't seem to have enough restaurants and bars more cafes then anything else.

My daughters injury and the best hotel
Pros:

The patriot was so helpful, kind and professional when my daughter slipped at the side of the pool and hurt her shoulder nothing was too much I would recommend this hotel to anybody. I have never been treated with so much kindness and the staff in the rest of the hotel especially at mealtimes were very professional too you deserve 5 *

Going home when my holiday ended xx

Nice, relaxed, clean and warm.
Pros:

It was a really good hotel and staff were all top notch.
Nothing to do with the hotel itself, but we found as a family there was a lot based around the older people and that is fine, I probably would have liked to know it was the way before booking.
Beds were a bit too firm for me, which caused a bad back on multiple occasions, but that’s more to do with me than the actual hotel being the issue.

Staff at meal times were great, and I’d like to especially mention Astrid, who was very pleasant and attentive.

Cons:

Just the beds and some forewarning of the age range of the majority of guests, again we had no issue , just so that we could have made plans in a slightly more family setting.
