this is a lovely friendly hotel, staff were always helpfull, thoughtfull, kind and nothing seemed too much for them.
The hotel its self was clean an comfortable and quite stylish.
Near to the trams and busses in order to get you where you needed to be if you didn't want to take your car.
The pool and jacuss were great
The food was so good and a variety choises too.

This hotel has a fantastic quality... friendly, attentive staff ! From the minute you walk in you are met with professional, helpful, and friendly receptionists and that continues throughout the hotel.
Dan from the catering department is exceptional and is an absolute assets to this family run hotel, as a young professional he was friendly, attentive and thoughtful to all our needs, nothing was too much trouble which made our stay so much more comfortable, not sure if he was the manager of the front of house but he definitely should be.
Yvonne the lady who took care of our room was also so friendly and attentive to our needs as a family, she kept our room so clean and manageable as a family during our stay.
I would also like to mention the friendly person who keeps the pool facilities clean, again so friendly and took so much pride in their work, its was absolutely spotless.
The food, and change of daily menu was superb and refreshing from our usual high end chain stays. Liz and her team are doing a brilliant job.
We booked 2 rooms both pleasant and comfortable.
We will be definitely be back.
It would be lovely for the staff to be passed a copy of this review which I rarely do.

Excellent
Pros:

I came with my elderly auntie who had restricted mobility and the staff went above and beyond even the swimming pool attendant was very helpful 👌 the staff are a credit to sheraton thankyou for a lovely bank holiday weekend

Cons:

Not enough seating in the main room for entertainment and bingo .
