Lovely place, fabulous staff, parking, clean, excellent restaurant.
Nothing, there is work being done but it didn’t disturb us at all.
Helen (the Manager) was really friendly and the food was great.
Easy to find and not out of the way for continuation of our journey. Good evening meal / breakfast menu. Good portion size.

I have stayed here many times in the past and it's always been excellent up until now.
Shower started dripping a 4am making impossible to sleep. The shower was also set to very hot and not possible to regulate the temperature. This wasn't too bad until I told the receptionist on leaving. She suggested if the shower was that bad that I should have got dressed and gone downstairs to tell the night staff. When I said you expect me to get up at 4am to sort out a plumbing problem she became rude suggesting I was at fault for not reporting this. I will not be going back here again and found staff attitude towards paying customers disappointing and rude.
