Helen the General Manager was excellent and friendly and extremely professional and Knowledgeable and welcoming from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the head chef in the restaurant served up truly wonderful and amazing food both for the evening meal and for breakfast ..
I would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant 100% and would absolutely return again.

All good lots of parking. The lady on reception was polite, professional and very helpful. The hotel is modern very clean. Has a fantastic menu for dinner. Unfortunately I was unable to eat here due to having a prior appointment. Excellent Internet comfortable bed. Good shower nice and quiet i was in the annex on the second floor. Plenty of break out cosy sitting areas on ground floor. I shall return next time in in Kendal.

Lovely staff, nice big room, breakfast was cooked to perfection, the girl serving breakfast was really nice with nothing too much trouble, when she wasn't serving breakfast she was cleaning the shelves behind the bar, I was impressed by this.

The lighting in the room was quite dull so we were unable to read and had to go to reception to read in a brighter light.
