Staff were really friendly. The food is amazing, we thought it looked a bit gourmet with small portions by looking at the photos but quite the opposite, we had the steak pie and it was delicious.
We unfortunately booked when the spa facilities were being renovated and the hallways were being decorated. Although there wasn't any noise or any mess. We will be going back again to use the spa
The hotel was lovely,very clean,friendly staff and our room was super…with a very comfy bed. We ate at hotel and food was excellent and good value.

Lovely Hotel and convenient location
Only told leisure facilities were closed for refurb after booking - this should have been highlighted on the platform and if not at least send an email to make customers aware not just send a message within the app - for me once a booking is complete I had no reason to look at messages within the app
Such a lovely stay at this classy , comfortable hotel. The staff were so accommodating and couldn't do enough for you. Very impressed. Evening meal was first class. So tasty. Breakfast didnt disappoint. Plenty of it. Superior King Room gave us such a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend 👌
Good size room
The hotel was under renovation all leisure facilities were closed which we weren’t told about until after booking! The room was dirty full of cobwebs with mould on the bathroom walls paint peeling off of the bedroom walls and damp coming through!
The staff were very friendly the room was clean and the bed was comfortable the breakfast was excellent
Only small thing was the room could do with a blind as the curtain did let the light through from the side of the window but this is a very slight thing
Clean,great room and food. Friendly staff. Excellent,will be coming back. The menu was great,evening menu stunning,breakfast was fab. The room was spotless,bed very comfy. Thank you.
