Superb city centre location
Pros:

Magi House is right in the centre of Sorrento. Access to the port and the town are minutes away. The port has a walkway or a lift which gives you access to ferries to Amalfi, Capri,Positano, and Naples. There were no issues with noise at night at all which was surprising for being so central. The train station was around 10mins walk away for a trip to Pompeii. The room was absolutely spotless and the staff were super friendly and helpful with lots of tips on places to visit.

Great option in a phenomenal spot close to everything. The staff really are notable in their efforts. Great option.
Pros:

Great location on the west side of central Sorrento footsteps from dozens of little stores and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly. We were there for a honeymoon and they went above and beyond to ensure it was a memorable experience. They assisted us with questions about the area, currency, language, etc. they were so great. The breakfast is pretty solid they have an assortment of pastries and can request coffee, eggs/omelettes which is great because places don’t open until 8 or so. Room was large and clean

Cons:

The beds were very firm and I think part of it was the style of the bed but I think it’s an old bed. It wasn’t awful but was very hard. Also, given the central location, you can hear mopeds/people easily outside.

Another Magi House success
Pros:

We have stayed at the Magi House twice, and have had a wonderful time twice. The rooms are very nice, they are kind and lovely people, and the daily breakfast provided is amazing! Don’t miss Maina in the breakfast area- her customer service is so great!! We will return to this place.

Magi Magic
Pros:

Magi House Relais is a fantastic hotel nested in a typical Sorrento lane full of life. The staff were very friendly and accomodating, as well as the rooms being kept clean. Recommend staying here folks.

The beautiful staff at Magi Realis
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The facility had a beautiful roof top terrace were breakfast was served. The breakfast was abundant and varied. The room was spacious so to the bathroom. The location is second to none. The hotel was right in the heart of Sorrento. The train station is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and the ferry is about another 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Cons:

It was not a problem for us, but there is no elevator for those of you who cannot walk up stairs.

Pleasant, clean, expensive, in good location but with few cons
Pros:

We have stayed there 2x in the spam of 4 years. Nothing has change except the high room price. The rooms are spread withing the 3 story house in very good location, some rooms with view, some of them with next door house wall view or no view. The rooms (and bathrooms) are very clean, very well furnish with small fridge and coffee machine making your stay pleasant. One of the hotel cons has been the narrow 40 spiral stars to go to your room ( dragging the language) and additional 16 stairs with fair and low railing to claim up to the outdoor terrace for breakfast. 2nd con is still present of flying many wasp (no bees) on the open breakfast buffet and your cappuccino making your breakfast unpleasant and rather quick. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly , get you what you need etc. Too bad that owner is unfortunately very touchy on any negative comments to improve the house.

Perfecto!
Pros:

Throughout our three nights stay the staff show amazing hospitality! The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing! I would highly recommend this place! Luca at the front desk gave great recommendations and was very helpful to enjoy our time in Sorrento . Also the location was right in the heart of everything.
