We have stayed several times,The reception is always good.
The hotel is clean.
My husband likes the spa, especially when it's child free.
The bar is nice area to sit.
The night porter was so helpful and friendly .

EV charge points are 3 pin which will take an EV car 24 hours to charge. Suitable fast chargers would be better

The tread on the stairs was very narrow and I almost fell down them.
Stayed for one night as seeing a concert at Pavilion . Chose a Executive room as never been to Best Western before. Very pleased. It was lovely and clean, with new furnishings, carpet, new kettle and coffee machine, the tea tray was well stocked with biscuits, even 2 kit kats, selection of teas and coffee,bottled water, chiller... plus pods for coffee machine. The bed was a 6 ft super king. Bathroom had a very large shower all with new fittings. No loo brush though, strange. We didnt have breakfast with our deal but its £13/15pp extra, and looked nice when i had a quick look for the future as would come again. Free wifi quick and strong, free car park, clean airy bar with modern furniture. No complaints and I usually go 4 star minimum! You could easily walk to prom only 10mins away and pavilion another 10mins. We drove car down as free car parking at pavillion and other car parks from 6pm.

I had 40 mins to get ready before heading to an event. I asked for room service around 4 but it wasn’t available. I didn’t eat until the next day :-( never done across a hotel with no room service or even a sandwich.
Friendly and helpful staff
Convenient, able to get taxi easily, suited our needs.
Because it was a Sunday, very busy on arrival. Breakfast was poor quality except for hot food, coffee was very weak and tasteless.
