The location and parking
Superior room was dated and dirty. Badly stained towel. Few hairs in shower and the shower base had lots of visible grime. Carpet had not been hoovered. Thick dust on architrave and dado rail. Pieces of wrapper and fluff in drawers. Tv remote states Netflix, Disney etc. none of these available. Tv remote turned on tv in lounge area as well as bedroom area. Dirty stair carpet leading up to the room.
The position is great. It was lovely and clean and so great to have the option of the spa.
When the person who was in the room about was moving the floor was very creaky.
We had 2 rooms of 4 people in each and these were much bigger/more comfortable than expected though unfortunately not both on the same floor. We were permitted free use of the pool and spa facilities which was a fantastic bonus.
The hotel was in walking distance of the town centre and beach which was great. Would definately come again and recommend to others.
One tiny recommendation was that there were only 3 cups in each room when 4 people staying in each - and we do all like a morning brew!
The staff were very pleasant and the facilities were good. It was also nice and clean.
The bed was horrible. I could feel the springs Plus it was rolling me into the middle. The sheets were itchy and basically it felt like the mattress should have been scrapped years ago a very unpleasant night and uncomfortable sleep, what Little I did get.
Also, the room was very cold and the heating didn’t come on until the morning even have to requesting it in the afternoon.

The breakfast was lovely and the evening meal, we didn't use the swimming pool but we will be coming back and will be using the pool this time, plenty of parking excellent stay.
Very good choice and nicely cooked.
The bedroom was too small really. Would have preferred a king-size bed like we get at Premier Inns.
The television worked; but had a fault with the channels randomly not working; and then reverting to a Philips advertising screen. It turned out to be that the remote control wasn't the correct one and so wasn't 'matched' to that particular TV. Sorted very quickly!
Nothing to dislike in my opinion!
The hotel is located on the main road into Weymouth. There is a free car park at the front and one to the rear if needed, with access to the hotel from both ends. The front carpark has 2 three pin plugs for electric vehicles if needed and 4 at the rear, although one of the front ones was blocked with a none electric vehicle. The room was large and comfortable with free wifi. The food was good both in the evening and breakfast, the later of which is served from 07.00am. The breakfast is buffet style, but unlike many I stay at has fried eggs as well as scrambled. Would stay here again and highly recommend the hotel.
The car parking spaces are a little small for a larger car.
