Pros:

Reception lady was very friendly and helpful.Room was perfect size for a family of 3, extremely quiet and peaceful, even though there was a function going on at the time. Some noise when people were leaving as we were the side of the overflow car park, but that's understandable.
Breakfast cant fault, extremely good selection of choices, hot and consistent considering we were abit later for breakfast. There was plenty ready to be served.

Cons:

Everything was fine.
