Friendly staff and clean well stocked rooms .
Beds were not very comfortable no bath mats for showering as baths were slippery for older people
The room was nice and clean, however the wrong size duvet cover was used as there was more cover than duvet. The bathroom was a good size. Two ladies on reception were lovely and very friendly, one was Claire but not sure of the name of the other lady.
Being in room 202 above the kitchens it was a bit noisy throughout the night with some sort of fans/ motor running. The shower pressure was quite poor.
Staff were really friendly and helpful. The parking was excellent at the hotel. It was a short stroll.to the town and regular buses run from right outside.
Swimming was a lovely temperature.

its accessible and near the seaside. Staff was brilliant and very helpful. Most especially to the receptionist she is very cheerful, and a great asset to the hotel.
i am pleased w the hotel its just probably the cleanliness of the rooms as i found the carpet not being clean as i saw the back of the table filled w coffee wrappers

Nothing to dislike
Swimming facilities and location. Walking distance to the beach and town.
Bathroom was clean but basic. Could do with a bit of modernisation.
Breakfast was nice, but basic. Would have liked a pastry/continental selection.
