Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, staff very friendly. Breakfast was superb. Scrambled egg to die for!
Pros:

Nice and central, clean and bright.

Cons:

Dining room a bit soulless, needs pictures on walls and bit brighter.

Better than expected! No complaints!
Pros:

We chose a executive room and it was lovely, recently refurbished, even brand new kettle and coffee pod machine, there were extras inc kitkats, bottled water ,biscuits chiller. Lovely big bed. No view, just a side of building but it was only for one night. Situated end of promenade, ample parking. We went there for a show at pavilion. Would use pool next time. Didn't have breakfast, as chose room only, but looked in and food looked very good

Nothing! And we are fussy

Pros:

Clean, friendly and quiet. Made us all feel very welcome 🙂 excellent breakfast - even my very fussy children were satisfied! Well- done!

Cons:

The only issue would be the parking - spaces too small and not much space to manouver. Not mentioning the surface full of holes and bumps. That is the rear parking of course.

Hotel is great location you can do a good walk into town centre probably about 10 to 15 minutes there's a bus stop just outside hotel seems a regular service

Great hotel to stay in if you are a family
Pros:

It’s in a great location. We stayed midweek and had a room to the front of the building. It was surprisingly quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent

Cons:

We felt the room was a little dated when we first arrived but all other aspects of the stay made up for this

Amazing hotel, 6pound for a day pass for the swimming pool gym hot tub, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable 👌 would defooo be visting again drove from bristol 1st time here but wont be my last, the only thing is I would recommend spilt the times for the swimming pool and stuff because u can use the stuff if your not staying in the hotel and it gets busy quick but overall amazing stay
