First time we’ve been there. We were booked for the Spanish buffet. Food was tasty and good quality. The interior is a bit dated and the drinks prices were quite expensive but then it’s a 4* hotel so was expecting that.
Friendly and helpful staff, restaurant and breakfast good. Short walk to seafront
No air conditioning, bit stingy on some of the smaller items like tissues, Soap in showers at pool.

Convenient location.
Our room was extremely hot with no air conditioning ! We couldn’t open fully window as there was a child lock on it. My 2 children could not sleep for long time and woke up covered in heat rash. Not worth the money I paid.

The hotel is in a great location a good 10 to 15 mine walk into the town there's also a bus stop by hotel which seems to have regular bus service
Disappointed as have stayed at other BW hotels and been happy. On this ocassion we complained about function noise keeping us awake. Scripted reply referring to the fact that they adhere to the council guidelines and noise detector.
No mention of the function expected to finish at 12.30am on our check in, which would have been courteous. We did not feel that we were valued guests.
No aircon and poor customer service.
We are returning to Weymouth with friends and booking elsewhere.

Hotel room very Dark due to Large Bushes covering part of the Window . Bathroom needs updating .
Worst Pork Sausages ever tasted of sawdust , Dry and no taste of Pork.
The breakfast was very good with a good variety of items to choose from.
Found the room very hot, glad of the fan, and to be fair it was more to do with the exceptionally hot weather.

We only had 1 problem SEAGULLS THEY CERTAINLY MAKE A NOISE MY WIFE COULD NOT SLEEP BECAUSE OF THE DAWN CORUS , THEY WHERE RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR ROOM . I DID SLEEP BUT I SLEEP THROUGH ANYTHINK BUT WHENBI WOKR UP THERE NOISE WAS AWFULL . EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT .
