Dès mon arrivée, cet hôtel a surpassé toutes mes attentes, et même plus. Ce qui a véritablement rendu cette expérience si spéciale, c'est le personnel. Chaque personne avec qui j'ai interagi était chaleureuse, attentionnée et sincèrement dévouée à rendre mon séjour exceptionnel. Leur attitude positive n'était pas seulement professionnelle, elle était aussi profondément humaine. Ils anticipaient mes besoins avant même que je les exprime et se sont constamment surpassés pour me faire sentir comme un client privilégié.

Cons:

L'hôtel lui-même était tout aussi impressionnant. Tout était impeccablement entretenu, des chambres d'une propreté irréprochable aux espaces communs magnifiquement soignés. Il est évident qu'un grand soin et une grande fierté sont apportés à l'entretien de l'établissement, ce qui rendait l'atmosphère à la fois confortable et luxueuse.
