Posizione ottima a 5 min dalla linea H della metro di Tokyo, pulizia giornaliera e sempre ottima, camera dotata di tanti comfort e gadget come spazzolini, pettini, pantofole.
La concezione di business hotel e diversa in europa, la camera e davvero piccola e difficile muoversi, il bagno stessa cosa a causa anche del bagno alla giapponese, quindi senza doccia. Se non si hanno pretese di spazi e l'albergo e solo una base di appoggio e sicuramente una esperienza sostenibile, al contrario ho dei dubbi. Lo staff parla con difficoltà l'inglese questo è un vero problema, aggirabile dal traduttore, ma di base è un problema.
Perfect location near by station walking distance to Tokyo station a lot of choices for restaurants and bars .
I wish they had more than one machine for laundry and should be free and for breakfast should be open at least 6:30 am because if you need for any tourists activity must be at meetings point by 8 so no chance to have any breakfast before your trip .
Everything was very clean and neat. The room was provided with a lot of amenities such as hair dryer, toothbrush with toothpaste, hair elastic, hair comb, razor etc.
The breakfast included Japanese and European options.
The staff was very friendly and kept my luggage some extra hours on the day of checkout.
The hotel is very central located nearby 2 metro stops.
Lots of convenient stores around.
Tip: nice café just around the corner on the second floor with delicious coffee and muffins.
Everything was perfect. Keep in mind that you might find the room small but it’s provided with everything you need and is very smart designed to fit all of the stuff.
Even though the rooms are small by our standards, the room is highly practical and functional. The staff is also very friendly.
