Gut für Besuch in Kapstadt mit Promenade und Anbindung

Die Lage , das Personal super freundlich , das Frühstück war super , die Dusche an sich ja , Balkon und Aircon gut

Cons:

Das Bett war sehr "ausgelegen" -die Schlafcouch habe wir nicht gebraucht , wäre aber auch nicht gegangen , das Bad hatte eine undichte Duschkabine und wohl auch Schimmel ....aber eigentlich haben wir uns wohl gefühlt !

Pros:

The Location. Lovely restaurant on site. Great breakfast. Paid secure parking very affordable. Walking distance to lots of places. Close to V&A. Loved the Greenpoint park. Great coffee spots. Close to prominade

Cons:

Didnt have a sliding door (as per picture) but the room size was nice

Fabulous accommodation and stay.
Pros:

Beautiful seafront hotel location especially at the front. Staff are so helpful they couldn't do enough to make sure we had what we needed.
John, hotel manager, in our predicament (Qatar Airways) cancelled our return flight due to the was in the gulf area with permission from Newmark gave us 1 night free and we paid for a 2nd night (our choice).

Pros:

Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Sea Point und Waterfront fußläufig erreichbar, Meer direkt vor der Haustür., HoponHopoff ebenfalls.
Das Zusammenspiel mit dem Restaurant ist sehr gut. Frühstück nicht als Buffet, sondern dadurch erstklassig auf Restaurantniveau. Und Abendessen ist in Satano - Stand Anfang 2026 - ein Traum.

Cons:

Wie oft in Südafrika sieht man den Dingen an, wenn sie etwas in die Jahre kommen. Manchmal hat es Charme, manchmal wundert es ein bisschen, warum nicht nachgebessert wird.
Steckdosen waren im Zimmer früher vielleicht einmal ausreichend, heute schwierig. Die Klimaanlage flutet den Balkon, der nicht im Reinigungskonzept enthalten ist.
Kleinigkeiten, die man hinnimmt, die den Aufenthalt dann aber auch nicht besonders machen.
