I will definitely be returning!
Pros:

The location of Villa is in the back away from everyone and everything allowing you to have a complete getaway. All of the outside back area from each individual place is directly into the sand, which offers the most beautiful view, the ocean. Each room had a bathroom and the master bedroom has a view to the ocean. Each room had a television. The kitchen had everything one needs to cook and the refrigerator was a bonus. A nice dining table to eat and a living room with a television as well. It has cable with many channels and apps. Horseback riding is only a minute walk from the room

Cons:

For what I wanted and like, it was perfect!

I like the view of the back porch but you don’t have access to the beach from your room you have to walk around

False advertising the room I book was not the one I got I got charged and addition $56 dollars for an extra person they charge everything you use sponges to wash the dishes no blender no broom or mop cuz the charge to clean your room I was asked for a $600 dollars deposit and was refunded $429 dollars they charge everything in dollars can of soda $5dollars it’s a rip off don’t book here the place isn’t like it looks in the pictures and over priced

Service was the worst
Pros:

I never got to stay and with all the construction happening in the front we couldn’t find the location so I missed my time to check in and they said they tried to call me and I arrived a couple hours later and said there is nothing they can do and I didn’t get a key so I couldn’t stay there

Cons:

The communication and the construction happening up front made it almost impossible to find the location

UNSCRUPULOUS CHARGES UPON CHECK OUT

stayed at HOTEL QUINTA PACIFICA PLAYAS IN ROSARITO in August 2025, I at first was impressed with the room, location, but that where it terminates. My stay was uneventful till I received the billing invoice which I reviewed upon returning home.
Let me regress to a very important note the amenities bar which they provide has no method of inventory if you use it, the responsibility is put upon the integrity of the hotel staff to make note of items which you may have consumed and to relay that to the billing department.
My bill reflected that a bottle of wine was consumed for $ 77.85 from the amenities
( should have examined it before leaving the resort but had to catch a flight) I do not drink wine and also there are plenty of stores in the vicinity to purchase o bottle for much less if I desired. My point is DO NOT STAY HERE if you do not want to be charged for items which you did not use. If you review other commentaries this is noted numerous times throughout. There are other resorts to stay at which are held to a higher standard. This is the my first review and I felt a necessity to script in order to forewarn other individuals considering this property. OR TAKE A TIME DOCUMENTED DAILY PHOTO EVERYDAY OF THE WOODEN AMENITIES TRAY THEY SUPPLY. Sorry HOTEL QUINTA PACIFICA ROSARITO but I will not be returning to your resort and hope others considering such read this review as they say in the real estate industry "Caveat Emptor" BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!

This will from now on be my place to go when we travel to Rosarito. Absolutely loved this place.

I loved the cleanliness and the view and Pauola was amazing when we checked in.

Everything was great except for them asking about my credit card information

I didn't like how they asked for my credit card information and held 300 dollars for deposit which I was never was informed about when I made the purchase on booking .
