Beautiful location but all the extras makes it not worth it.
Pros:

Location is great

Cons:

Extra charges, kitchen not stocked with essentials.
When we checked in they gave us our room, we got to the room and the other guests had just left, the room was not cleaned yet. We had to wait and do the process again. They charged us for the water, for the coffee, for the cream and sugar. Kitchen did not have any pans or pots.

Safe, Comfortable, and on the Beach!
Pros:

The property is a great location directly on the Ocean. It is a large property that is fully gated and you park directly in front of your apartment. We felt very safe especially with the fact that there were multiple security guards at all hours. This is an older property with about 25 villas in a row. Ours was two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and large enclosed patio facing the beach. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Not sure about air conditioning because we were there when it was cool.The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Bathrooms were large and hot water flows fast. Everything was extremely clean and in good repair but the rooms could use an update and it seemed that process was underway. There were some renovations happening at the entrance and it appears there was a recent installation of a rock breaker and large sidewalk, with plenty of sand up to the villas. There are plenty of lounges and volleyball in this area. Access to the ocean is on either-side of the property This is a great option for people with mobility issues because it is single story; however there is a step from the bedroom/kitchen area and another step down to the patio. This would make it difficult for someone completely dependent on a wheelchair.

Cons:

This is an older property, maybe 1980’s, but has been well maintained and is very clean and safe.

Very quiet I like that
Pros:

So private very nice and nothing to worry

Cons:

I think the deposite to high and how they got to charge me $16.95 for what I did not understand I wanted to get back my deposit 100%
I guess not was not told a service desk about that staff told me there was no charge on my card deposit

I would buy this hotel and turn it around. It will probably close soon due to being vacant while having the best beach v
Pros:

The facility is the best Value in Rosarito. You get a entire apartment right on the pacific ocean. The whole place is a windows to your private. Secure beach. Everything is plush. 3 televisions. Lots of security.

Cons:

The front desk staff have no hospitality training. Especially Paola. I was the only guest. The place should be sold out every day. They are unfriendly. They hold $600 which is understandable. First I booked a few nights on booking. I liked it so much i paid them cash until Thursday. I actually overpaid i paid U$ 500 for three more days. My work schedule changed so I decided to Stay until Saturday. Wednesday evening i went to the desk to explain i was to stay until Saturday. They don’t speak English so she said come tomorrow. I messaged Paola also to ask to stay until Saturday. No response. I went earlier to work in Tijuana Thursday morning. Without having heard from Paola regarding extending my stay.. i booked it thru Saturday on booking.com. Around 1:00 pm I got a message saying I was supposed to check out and my belongings were going to be removed basically evicted. I sent her the reservation i made on booking since they were not replying. She said now i need to pay another U$ 600 deposit. So they would now be holding U$ 1200 deposit. I found this very frustrating. The girls at the front desk were rude, confrontational and the opposite hospitable. She threatened to have me banned from booking.com and said I would never stay in another hotel in my life. I was a perfect guest. Clean. Paid the staff generous tips. Yet treated like garbage.

I want to live here!
Pros:

My room is right on a private beach with your own private security. The typical beaches are full of people, noise, and vendors trying to sell you stuff. My door opens to the Pacific Ocean. Know on knows the hotel is here the is no sign on the road. its tucked away so no one knows it exists. I actually want to buy the place. The waves are beautiful. I wish I could surf. The private security does not allow anyone near the place that doesn't belong. The place is two full bedrooms bath kitchen living room. The maid completely cleans everything changes towels and sheets does your dishes everyday!

Cons:

I didn't know how nice it was until I got my room key. There is no curb appeal, you pull up thru a old plaza that doesn't look so nice. They hold a $600 deposit that concerned me. Then I realized that there was so much value in the Villa that they need such a deposit. 3 televisons, alll the bedding towels things someone could steal.
