Cons:

I just want to be honest. This place is over priced for what it offers. Definitely needs TLC. You get charged for everything. There is a 15 dollar daily facility fee, there is a 35 dollar charge for guest fee, and if you want to use the fire pit they charge 40 dls. The entrance to the establishment is a bit scary and complicated if someone is not familiar with Rosarito. There was lots of little spiders and insects in the Villa. I would honestly think about it really hard before you reserve. Staff at front desk was very short and dry. Really didn't seem to care about customer service.

Pros:

The attention of the personnel was great, the rooms were very clean, comfortable beds, the jacuzzi was also clean and fun.

Cons:

Some areas need a bit of work, ie one of the balcony's table is broken and coming apart, it has a wire out. I think is Villa # 5
