Amazing
Pros:

Fantastic stay at the Occidental. Staff so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A special mention to Zahid, always welcomed us home after a busy day. Beautiful restaurant only 3 minutes away to the right as you leave. Thank you so much again and hopefully will return.

Exceeded my expectations!
Pros:

The Aurelia exceeded all my expectations. Being a tourist I needed a ton of help and they were beyond helpful. Service was phenomenal. The staff were super friendly. 10-15 minutes from major sites.

Discovering Rome with family

Pros:

Da simpatia dos funcionários, da limpeza e do pequeno almoço.

Cons:

É um pouco longe do centro mas este aspeto é totalmente colmatado com a excelente rede de transportes públicos da cidade. Há uma paragem de autocarro mesmo em frente ao hotel e os horários são bastante frequentes.

Café da manhã muito bom, localização não é boa, mas o custo benefício, compensa

A temperatura do quarto era muito alta, tivemos que abrir a janela à noite e desligar o ar condicionado que estava muito quente, nunca tinha visto nada tão quente

Another great stay
Pros:

We had another lovely stay. Staff were very welcoming. Room was clean and had everything we needed. It is a bit outside the centre but excellent bus links so doesn’t bother us.

Good peaceful hotel
Pros:

Hotel is nice and modern, staff very friendly and helpful, barman was fantastic, made everyone feel welcome .. hotel is in quiet location, great for peaceful rest in the evening after a hectic day sightseeing .. only issue was smoker’s standing right outside reception doors, horrible smell of smoke came up to the room windows.. maybe a smoking area could be found away from front of hotel ?
