Not quite a 4-star as advertised
Pros:

We recently stayed here expecting a 4-star experience, but it didn’t quite meet that standard. The rooms were quite small, and basic amenities like tea/coffee facilities or a kettle were missing.
We also had issues with a faulty electronic key (replaced with a physical one) and found communication frustrating when trying to request rooms on the same floor, I was told that I should have requested via email in advance.
Overall, a disappointing experience for a hotel advertised as 4-star.

Visiting Rome and spend the nights in a quiet hotel
Pros:

I liked the contrast between the city and the quiet surroundings of the hotel. Only 15' with the public transport (1.5€).Highly recommended.

Pros:

Sinceramente non molto. Ho richiesto una sostituzione della struttura tramite Booking appena ho visto la scarsa pulizia, ma non ha avuto riscontro.
Unica nota positiva il personale, soprattutto il tecnico che è venuto per la tv.

Cons:

Avevo prenotato per la piscina, ma non era disponibile.
Capelli sul copri materasso, peli sul lavandino, briciole sul wc, tv non funzionante (risolto solo tramite intervento del tecnico), stanza gelida nonostante avessi impostato 24°.
La notte, dopo aver spento tutto, ho dovuto tenere la finestra aperta per l’umidità che c’era (non causata da me) perché mi mancava il fiato.
Tutto questo mi ha portata a richiedere il cambio struttura con booking, ma la pratica è durata più del mio soggiorno.
Mi spiace perché sembrava una struttura promettente, ma ho speso €150 per avere determinati standard e non sono stati rispettati.
Certi errori li ammetto da un hotel da €40 a notte, non €150.

Perfecto para relax
Pros:

Hotel súper cómodo, desayuno super variado , colchones y almohadas muy confortables. Personal muy amable

Cons:

Queda relativamente lejos del centro, pero lo recomiendo encarecidamente . Yo había confirmado un Airbnb en pleno centro y al llegar , me habían cancelado mi reserva del fin de semana , con todo pago . Y el precio es el mismo que en este hotel, que es de la cadena Barcelo. Sin duda , lo recomiendo

Good hotel in a very tranquil area
Pros:

As a regular client of Barcelo Hotels i choose this hotel in Rome. The room was pretty huge, confortable, quiet and clean. Once again i was not dissapointed by the choice i've made. It is not central but it was easy to reach the city center.
Also the breakfast was good! Overall i had a good vacation.
