Great location and facilities
Pros:

Good location, quiet especially the higher floors, excellent mattress and pillows, provided amenities. Great coffee facilities in the room including beans and a grinder for drip coffee. The onsen was also nice with an indoor and outdoor option.

Cons:

I would have liked some more snack options in the meet lounge

Pros:

홋카이도여행 첫날 숙소였는데 침대가 엄청 큼지막한데다 편안해서 확인해보니 시몬스더군요. 여태 가본 호텔들 중 가장 편안한 침대였어요. 위치 좋고 전망 좋고 꼭대기층의 대욕장도 좋았어요.

콘센트도 여기저기 마련되어있어서 편리했고 역이나 오도리 공원과 가까워서 편리했고 중심가로 쇼핑하러 가기도 좋았어요!

土日宿泊ということで、値段が少し高めだったと思う
Pros:

部屋が綺麗で、マッサージチェアがあったのにはビックリした
ラウンジの飲み物もおつまみも美味しかった

Cons:

お風呂はけっして広くはないが、清潔だった
私が入った時は洗い場がちょっと混雑していた

Beds are comfortable enough
Shower pressures are good
I like they have different tiers of cleaning- towel replacement was adequate for us for our stay and we didn't opt for room cleaning

Cons:

Duvets were a little thick for my personal liking
Even though I used the thermostat to turn down the room temperature, it still was a bit too hot for time of year (June)
Room was a little bit small but it didn't bother me too much

It will be good if some of the King bed rooms can have writing desk for business travellers .
Pros:

Overall good location and clean room.

Cons:

Lounge close too early at 10pm, and no business desk available too.
This hotel is not businessman friendly.
All the coffee tables are extremely low. very bad postures for working on laptops.
The King bedroom has no working desk either, my husband had to work on the bed, wall plugs are not readily accessible at couch area with coffee table, again it is not a proper desk. Take note only Queen bedrooms has writing desk, a couple will need to sacrifice sleeping space for a proper desk.
Language barrier is another issue, the hotel staffs barely speaks English, there are only one or two staff who can speak good English. The rest of time we need to rely on translation tools. On 7th of June, our room aircon wasn't working, I tried to inform the front desk to request for a fan, the young lady staff looked quite offended on her facial expressions after I corrected her of my room numbers being pronounced wrongly, but she did assist to send a fan to my room though. The room aircon wasn't easy to control, at times can be extremely cold or extremely hot & stuffy, we do not understand how it works but it was tough to communicate with the front desk we decided to give up.

Pros:

Prime location, less than 10min walk from the main station.
Staff was super helpful, they disposed of my broken luggage at no extra cost and were really accommodating.
This is the place I'll come back to if I ever happen to travel to Sapporo again.
