Returned to the Cross Hotel, Great Stay Both Times
Pros:

The Hotel was clean, modern and nicely decorated. The amenities were good, there were pajamas and slippers to wear to the Onsen, the Onsen was clean and nice to use. The breakfast was very extensive. The Location is good, just a short 1.5 blocks from the underground walkway. This was a real benefit during the winter. Also, less than a 10 min walk from the train station and about 10 min to Susukino where there are lots of restaurants and shopping. Staff were helpful and friendly. I had mad a couple of special requests and they accommodated them.

Cons:

I can't think of anything we didn't like.

삿포로 크로스호텔 후기
Pros:

조식 종류도 많고 맛있었음. 홋카이도 특산 요리도 맛볼 수 있었음.
직원 친절함. 대욕장 좋고 노천탕 경관 훌륭함

Cons:

분명 같은 방을 하나 더 예약했는데
체크인하고 방에 가보니 두 개가 끕이 다른 방이었음.
하나는 혼자 쓰는 방이라 문의하지 않고 그냥 묵었음.

Pros:

位置不错，走到JR札幌、JR大通公园站、时计台、市政厅都不远。
房间可以摊开2个大箱子。

楼下有一家超高分抹茶店很好吃，附近也有很多餐厅。

电梯是刷卡才能上楼，比较安全。
每次经过前台，工作人员都会打招呼，很热情。

Modern Comfortable Hotel
Pros:

The hotel is modern and comfortable. The breakfast is very extensive with western and Japanese including ramens, meats, salads, fruits and desserts. We really enjoyed the onsen before bed. The staff were very accommodating. It’s proximity to the train station less than a 10 min walk and close to the underground walkway which is great during winter.

Cons:

There isn’t anything I can say that I didn’t like.
