周辺のホテルでは価格おさえめではあったにもかかわらず、富山駅から比較的近めなので、とても良かった。

・富山駅から徒歩5分の立地で、スーツケースを持って向かっても問題ありませんでした
・近くにコンビニや有名なお寿司屋さんがあり、日用品の購入や名産グルメに困りまでんでした
【接客】
・チェックイン、アウトの説明も丁寧でどちらも簡潔に済ませることができました
・同伴者が軽いケガをした際にフロントに相談したところ、応急処置に使える道具を貸してくださいました

Cons:

良くなかった点はありませんが、あえて挙げるなら大浴場・温泉があると嬉しいと思いました。

浴槽は狭いが、部屋は清潔だった。

Cons:

チェックイン時のスタッフの対応はあまり良くない。
機械で手続きしてる時にバーコードありますかと何度も聞かれた。

清潔でSTAFFの対応も良く、朝食も美味しく品数も豊富で、ゆっくり楽しめました。

Cons:

廊下に出ると、ほかの部屋の話し声が丸聞こえだったので、自室の話し声も聞こえないか心配になりました。

シンプルだけど十分な
Pros:

駅に近くて食事にも買い物にも便利。バスツアーで大谷を観光したかったので、色々と都合が良かった。スタッフの皆さんはマナーもよく、親切でいい感じでした。また、部屋は清潔で安心して過ごせました。

Cons:

バスルームでちょっと生乾き的な匂いがしたこと。どこから聞こえてくるのかよくわからなかったけれど機械的な異音がしたことなどが残念でした。あと、朝食は大阪梅田のAPA hotel & resortが良かったので期待してしまいましたが、そもそも料金が違いますね。納得はしています。
