The staff was cordial and had an excellent customer service.
The room is neat and clean. It’s walking distance to the train station. Closer to Sky Tree.
attentive and helpful staff
Pleased whole building is non-smoking with new curtains. Location is at Sumida River and walking distance to Tokyo City Air Terminal and lots of transport. Small but great value.

A nice stay. Loved the smart tv, easy to stream movies and view free movies (includes some of the newest movies). Beware the adult content is easily viewable so if you have kids… It also had a helpful Home Screen detailing; cleaning days, things around the area and navigating the previously mentioned streaming options. Like other reviews, it is in a quieter tucked away area. About a 5-15 minute walk to nearby train stations and convenience stores. But next to the river which is a lovely walk in the afternoon.
Something we didn’t really check but the space was on the smaller end. You will struggle for leg room if you have more then 2 people (there might be other room options). You can fit suitcases under the bed but outside of that you just have a direct path between the door and the bed.
Only other problem was the bedding. It wasn’t amazing, pillows weren’t the best and the mattress was on the thinner side.
Overall for what we paid we are satisfied and enjoyed our stay!

Good service
Everything was perfect except the unbearably slow wifi. It was just not usable. It fluctuates between 0.1Mb to 8Mb which means it can barely load a YouTube video. Other than that the room was very clean and comfy.

The staff is just fine compared to other hotels we check in, the location is a little hidden on the side of the bridge we thought easy to walk going to subways its a little effort to walk every day 12-14 mins need to cross the bridge before reaching the train ride its hard if you have shopping bags getting back
Great quiet place. Grocery down the road and plenty of places to eat. Subway not too far.
Clean, nice staff
Short 10 minutes away from the main TCAT station in Nihombashi. Plenty of train stations around to take you directly to main cities such as Shibuya, Akihabara, Shinjuko. Only slight I can say is that the nearest convenient store is a Family Mart that is about a 5 minute walk. Great place to stay.
