Pros:

Value of money, staffs are good.

Cons:

The windows do not have safety measure. Not kid friendly in this perspective, no problem for adults traveller.

Pros:

The only thing that was good was the front staff. Always smiling and greeting.

Cons:

We booked two nights so we could spend Nyepi Day peacefully. When we arrived at the room, the sight was terrible. There was mold everywhere and a very strong mold smell — it was almost impossible to breathe. You could clearly see it on the walls and cabinets. It looked like they had tried to paint over it, but the mold was still coming through.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. We asked for a refund, but they refused. We didn’t even sleep there and found another hotel for a similar price that was three times better.

We got upgraded rooms that had fresh renovations and looked awesome, amazing friendly helpful staff

Cons:

Basically i would say that kids room is not really exciting, its only open 9 to 5, there is no attending staff and its tiny and only habe couple things for kids of really small age and thats it
