We got upgraded rooms that had fresh renovations and looked awesome, amazing friendly helpful staff

Cons:

Basically i would say that kids room is not really exciting, its only open 9 to 5, there is no attending staff and its tiny and only habe couple things for kids of really small age and thats it

Pros:

We had an excellent stay at Harris Hotel in Bali. We had two separate bookings for different dates because we went to Ubud in between, and when we returned to the hotel, the staff kindly upgraded us to a newer room without any extra charge, which was a very pleasant surprise.

The upgraded room was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. The service was great, and everything was well maintained, making our stay very enjoyable.

The only thing we missed was breakfast, as we didn’t add it to our booking, but overall our experience was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
