Pros:

Locatie is in Denpasar, midden in Bali.
Parkeren met auto en scooter kan voor en achter het hotel.
Vriendelijke personeel en nette service, ook nog door de Manager Donna geholpen.
Gastvrijheid met een glimlach, tuurlijk zijn het niet de mooiste kamers maar prijs kwaliteit is uitstekend.

Cons:

Kamers kunnen wel upgrade gebruiken.

Okay.
Pros:

We were charged twice.
We paid through Bookings.com but they said we hadn’t paid so we paid again with cash. This made our stay not so happy.

I wouldn't stay here again.
Pros:

The bed base creaked whenever you moved, and the bed was really uncomfortable. This hotel is also very noisy till around 11pm with guests being loud and slamming/closing doors. The location is not great, right on a busy main road, but is close to Bali 911 which was the reason I stayed here.

The staff, food and pool area were great.

It was okay for one night. A small dog barking in the hotel and there was no hot water in the shower
Cons:

Disappointing not much to choose from unless you eat Asian food, and why doesn't the toaster brown the toast? I had to send it through the toaster 3 or 4 times in the end I just gave up!!!

I like it here!
Pros:

This place is very quiet, I love it here.

Cons:

Breakfast menu never changes. Food is great but after a few days it’s a little bit boring.

Pros:

Had a booking for 3 people and they were low on rooms due to a big student conference so we had to all share a double bed. Cots are extra. Breakfast was okay, the rooms are clean and the location is pretty good if you want to be downtown (near ATMS and restaurants). AC wasn't strong and the showers were cold but Bali is hot so it's fine. The staff are friendly and helpful.
