Great facilities and location.
Master bedroom is excellent. Pull out bed was not good. Kitchen well equipped. Very convenient.
Pull out bed mattress was terrible. Leaned backwards.
Very short walk across the parking lot to the resorts, having a in-house ski rental shop was very nice.
It’s advertised as sleeps 8, but in reality room 115 sleeps 6 with two queens, a king. It does not have a pull out sofa as it say it does on booking
Nothing
I checked into this hotel expecting the room that was shown in the listing, but what I received was completely different. I booked a room with two queen beds, and instead was given a bunk bed, which was never mentioned or shown in the photos when booking.
Service was poor from the start. The room was not properly cleaned - the towels were dirty and full of hair, which is unacceptable. On top of that, there was no access to basic amenities. I couldn't even purchase water or anything simple on site.
Overall, the hotel did not match its advertised photos, cleanliness standards were bad, and the service was lacking. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.
Close to slopes
A bit dated
We had tons of room for our family of five. The location was perfect close to everything!
Could be a little updated but was still a great place to stay
It was a nice comfortable room.
I didn't like not getting clean towels every day. Nobody comes in your room until you check out.
trash under the bed and pet food left on the floor
Location
Old, dark, under construction, no breakfast, awkward garage to lobby, barking dog, couldn’t open blinds, no one answered the front desk.
The stay was ok. the main room was spacious and being on the ground level was convenient. Doesn't seemed to be cleaned very well. There are a lot of outdated spots and we found towels and clothing up on the closet shelves. There was a big hole in the screen door by the handle.
We got there later in the evening and the first thing that we experienced was that the self check-in kiosk was broken. I had to call and wait for the individual to drive over from their home and give us our room keys.
The next morning, we realized one of the toilets was broken. We called down and they had someone come fix it during the day.
That evening, we all went to shower and realized that one shower, sink and the kitchen sink had no hot water. By then it was late at night, so we had to take turns using the other 2 showers. They never did get the hot water fixed while we were there.
Minor things were bothersome....one of the blinds had broken parts, some of the shampoo/conditioner pumps were broken, and the couch/bed when pulled out was not working the best and had lots of dirt and dust.
We really did like the property and loved the idea of our whole family staying together. We loved the idea of 3 bathrooms for 7 people, but ended up not being able to fully utilize one of the bathrooms, sadly.
The apartment was fairly clean with nice beds and plenty of places to sit and visit. It was close to the ski slopes and main street.
For the amount of money we paid, I would have expected it to be better maintained and that we wouldn't have experienced so many hiccups and inconveniences. They sent me a message through expedia asking me to rate my stay, so I messaged them privately my concerns and never heard anything back from them in any way, not even an apology.
The room was spacious (It was originally three separate units that have now been combined). We liked having three full bathrooms and the kitchen, but the unit was very dated. I would have rather had fewer bathrooms and updated furniture and TVs. I like to binge-watch shows on vacation....it's 2025, just get Smart TVs with streaming services, they aren't expensive these days.
The location was amazing. Free bus shuttle if you don’t want to walk. Very nice, clean condo. The bed is getting a little worn and the TV in the main room didn’t always pick up channels well, but those were the only issues we had.
Staff was helpful, parking was easy. bus stop right at the neighboring lodge (bus is free btw). easy one night stay.
Great location and nice staff.
