Great location and breakfast. Staff also excellent. The room I had was very comfortable.

My room was dark, at the back of the hotel. However very comfortable and perfectly adequate for me given the amount of time I spent in the room. If I had been travelling as a couple I would have asked for a room at the front.

Erinomainen sijainti. Parvekkeella ihanaa nauttia auringosta ja keskustan hulinasta. Hyvä aamiainen.

Cons:

Asiakaspalvelu ailahtelevaa. Riippui siitä kuka vastaanotossa oli paikalla. Kylpylä oli pettymys. Vain muutama sauna ja suihkut.

Pros:

The lady at reception on Saturday June 6th, and Monday 8th, was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. The man on duty on Sunday evening was also very helpful.

Le prix de 185 € pour une nuit n’est pas en adéquation avec l’offre.
Pros:

L’emplacement au centre de Baden Baden. L’offre de petit déjeuner est très bien. Enfin, le garage à vélo est très pratique.

Cons:

L’accès au 5ieme étage via un escalier de service encombré de matériels de nettoyage n’est pas acceptable. Le matelas de la chambre est très très mou, ce qui conduit à passer une mauvaise nuit

Pros:

The interior is awesome. Room with the balcony was cosy, the bathroom could be a bit more stylish, was fine though. I wish the room didn’t have carpets though that’s a personal choice.
