Baden-Baden ist durchaus eine Reise wert, das Hotel eher nicht
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels in der Innenstadt ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war ausgesprochen dunkel, das Fenster direkt an einer hohen Mauer, so dass auch bei schönstem Wetter keinerlei Tageslicht ins Zimmer kam. Direkt vor dem Fenster befindet sich ein schmaler Weg, so dass der Rollladen auch noch unten war und anscheinend nur selten nach oben gezogen wird (macht im Zimmer eh kaum einen Unterschied, weil es sowieso duster wie die Nacht ist), aber das Ding in die Höhe zu bekommen, war körperliche Schwerstarbeit.
Auch das Frühstück liess zu wünschen übrig, weil die warmen Speisen alle nur lauwarm und am letzten Tag sogar kalt waren. Angeblich waren alle Rechauds kaputt… das tat dem Personal zwar leid, aber eine entsprechende Entschädigung gab es nicht. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend!

Wir ein Superior DZ gebucht. In der Beschreibung stand mit Klimaanlage. Die war nicht vorhanden, nur ein Ventilator der laut war und auch für sehr viel Zugluft sorgte, unabhängig von der Einstellung. Das Zimmer war klein, das Badezimmer Mini, und eine Belüftung auch in der Nacht unmöglich.
Wir haben nun des Öfteren schon festgestellt, dass mit einem besonderen Frühstück geworben wird, auch bei anderen Hotels. Aber Minibrötchen, die noch nicht einmal knackig waren, nur aufgetaut, brauchen wir nicht. Das empfinde ich als Abzocke! Nicht noch einmal.

Superbe séjour au calme et très bien situé avec accueil chaleureux!
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux! Belle et grande chambre! Petit-déjeuner sympa et copieux sur la terrasse! Situation idéale en début de zone piétonne et très proches des Bains! Wifi qui fonctionne!

Le serveur d'origine tunisienne au petit-déjeuner : serviable accueillant et donnant des conseils et renseignements sur la ville de Baden-Baden

L'accueil du personnel : on a eu l'impression de les déranger et les réponses à nos questions étaient juste le minimum sans aucun effort pour compléter l'information (parking,...)

Ein Rad ist kein Problem. Sehr aufmerksames Personal im Frühstücksraum.

Ein angenehmes Hotel am Rande der Fussgängerzone und doch mittendrin. Ein gemütliches Zimmer mit Klimaanlage.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Hatte Charme.
Ein großartiges Frühstück und ein sehr schöner Außenbereich.

Cons:

Das Personal hätte freundlicher sein können. Man fühlte sich nicht besonders willkommen. Die Damen beim Frühstück hingegen waren sehr freundlich.
