Value for money and lovely staff
Food very basic apart from last day when food was freshly cooked
Friendly helpful staff and comfortable beds. Good location right in the heart of Wookey Hole.
Clean but basic bathroom, not able to shower as not everyone can negotiate climbing into the bath. Basic bedroom furniture and television too small for the room.
Room was great, very clean and tidy. Food good, plenty of choice. Parking good nil issues.
All round a great stay.
Nice friendly staff, great location and decently priced.
We spent a whole day out, came back to our hotel tired - beds were not done at all, they were a mess - dirty tea cups were also not taken away. We complained about this and were told they would make sure the next day this wouldn't happen. Again, beds were half done like no pride is being taken when tidying up, bedsheet was also somehow left on the floor - by this time about 5 dirty tea cups had piled up and still not taken away. We were really disappointed with this.
Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Both room and especially bathroom were very clean as was the majority of the rest of the hotel.
Was disappointed with breakfast. At £13.50 it was very expensive for what was on offer. it was also buffet style ands not cooked to order so only scrambled and no fried eggs. There was also limited breakfast cereal and no porridge or granola or fruit salad other than a whole orange or a pear
Cistota
I had my two boys with me at breakfast and they loved the full English breakfast. They also loved running up the grass hill on the backside of the hotel. The staff was also friendly and easy to talk with.
Everything was great. Nothing needed to change.
Hotel was perfect and location stunning
Some very narrow roads to navigate through
Quiet and tidy
