Pros:

Excellent Staff & location. Windows open which was great as it was a heatwave and additional fan given for room.

Cons:

The room & bathroom was just very tired looking no extraction fan for bathroom so once everyone had had a shower it was not great. Not much has changed from 10yrs ago when we last stayed.

Pros:

Excellent value for money. Lovely staff.

Cons:

The dinner and breakfast menus weren't great, so we didn't eat at the hotel.
Rooms were good but no personality.
A dressing table with no chair.

Dep clean needed for most expensive room.
Pros:

Great location. Loved the idea of the exec suite in the witches hat.

Cons:

Room needs a deep clean. Marks around baseboards and walls downstairs. Windows- the ones that can be easily accessed full of old cobwebs, dead insects and fly poo, cobwebs on wall lights and on the rafters between the living room and the rounded maisonette bit. Sheet didn't fit the bed due to the irregular shape, if you have a bespoke bed get bespoke sheets.
