Perfeita
Pros:

O café da manhã era excepcional. O lugar é lindo e tranquilo. A equipe do hotel superou todas as minhas expectativas sendo sempre muito simpáticos e solicitos. A rede na varanda é maravilhosa. Pude relaxar como eu esperava.

Nada. Tudo foi perfeito.

Pros:

Maravilhoso total! Fomos fora de temporada, então valeu a pena, pois ganhamos upgrade para quarto com Jacuzzi. Comida excelente. Funcionários extremamente atenciosos.

Café da manhã. Limpeza. Piscina e localização pé na areia. Funcionários atenciosos, mas dispersos e lentos.

Cons:

Recepção burocrática e lenta. Funcionários do restaurante lentos e desorganizados (muita conversa paralela, parecem sem supervisão e cozinha muito demorada). Mesas do restaurante cheias de moscas. Mamão servido com casca (????). Falta abacate.

Hotel maravilhoso para passar tempo na praia com a família com boa estrutura.
Pros:

Hotel muito limpo, quarto/ banheiro grande, organizado e com funcionários prestativos e educados.
Café da manhã bom. Fazem omelete na hora. E restaurante funciona o dia todo. Minha filha amou a piscina e a areia da praia do hotel. Fizeram também café da manhã na varanda quando solicitei que foi muito legal!

Cons:

Pena que nessa época chove muito e eu não sabia pois nunca peguei chuva no Ceara, fica sem muito o que fazer no hotel ou aos redores. Deveria ter atividades nessa época do ano. E não teve musica ao vivo que prometeram.

Hotel muito bom. Porém reservamos um jantar na casa da árvore e tinha muitos mosquitos devido as árvores . Pedi um repel
