Incroyable tout était tellement beau et le restaurant de l’hôtel était excellent
Pros:

Tout l’endroit était juste magnifique,
Le personnel à l’écoute et tellement gentil

Cons:

Le seul petit soucis était les lit nous sommes un couple mais nous avions eu deux lit 1 personnes coller ce qui fait que cela n’était pas très agréable.

I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area!
Pros:

Great location, the hotel grounds are lovely, the rooms and the decor in the hotel is all very cosy and natural. The single room had plenty of storage and the bed was comfy. Staff were very accommodating of my late check-in.

Enjoyed the great surroundings and the nice cave near to the hotel.
Pros:

Great location, very good diner and a very nice self-service house next to the hotel to sit and have a drink.

Cons:

They could improve the pillows, but that’s really only a small remark for this great hotel.

Pros:

What a great hotel located in the heart of the picturesqe Eifel region. My room was at the front with terrific views of the surrounding hills and woodland. Food was excellent and the staff highly professional. Great location as a base to tour this beautiful part of Germany.

Die Lage ist phantastisch, das Essen sehr lecker und das Personal super freundlich.

Cons:

Diesmal war das Bett doch sehr durchgelegen, aber bei 1 Nacht zu verschmerzen
