Hotel Apartamentos El Galeón

Huoneisto isohko ja yhdelle tilaa yllin kyllin. Pieni keittiö, mutta en laittanut ruokaa. Erikseen iso olohuone ja makuuhuone. Vuode iso yhdelle. Amme kiva ja wc erillinen. Parveke myös mukava. Ilmastointia ei ollut, mutta ei tarvinnutkaan. Katossa oleva "ropeli" käytössä tarvittaessa. Hotelli rauhallisella alueella vuoren rinteessä ja sataman lähellä. Helppo lähteä kävellen keskustaan tai bussilla etemmäksi. Bussilinjat veivät edullisesti nähtävyyksille. Aamiainen riittävän monipuolinen. Respassa ei aina henkilöä, mutta puhelimella kutsumalla sai pian paikalle. Henkilökunta puhui hyvin englantia ja oli auttavainen. Ainut, mikä puuttui, oli uima- allas.

Muy amplio limpio y agradable. De todo en el desayuno. El personal muy agradable, con garaje para el vehículo. Una pena que no tengan para separar las basuras y reciclar

Apartamento muy amplio, limpio y en zona muy tranquila aunque un poco alejado del centro histórico de Santa Cruz de la Palma. Personal de recepción amable y buena relación calidad-precio

I highly recommend the hotel. It is well maintained, the rooms are large and appealing and the bed is good. The breakfast is fantastic with good selection and also variety in the type of hot food. There is good cleaning and the staff is service-minded. I'll be happy to come again.

Lugar estupendo, buena ubicación, tranquilo, el personal 👍 agradable y disponible en todo momento, el apartamento amplio muy cómodo y limpio.

Cogí este hotel para estar cerca del puerto porque tenia que madrugar mucho para coger el ferri. Tiene parking gratis dentro. Me prepararon el desayuno tipo picnic. La chica de la recepción muy amable.

Hotel Galeon is an excellent location to stay in Santa Cruz, clean and very well maintained. Only a short walk from the historic town centre.

Apatahotel a 5 minutos andando del centro. Habitaciobes amplias y cuidadas, desayuno muy correcto. Invluye parking gratuito en el precio, a repetirr sin duda.

Je m'attendais à une chambre, j'ai eu un appartement ! De plus le responsable a eu la gentillesse de m'attendre le soir à l'arrivée du bateau. Et l'hôtel est bien placé, proche du port, du centre mais un peu à l'écart. Tout est parfait.

I booked this ten months ago and requested high floor, balcony with a view, it was a belated Birthday for my partner. We arrived and the woman was tutting all time, no English, and no record of booking! So we were put on 3rd floor room 304 with awful view. We were told the solarium was closed due to weather but it was 28c out there and sunny! Whole place in dire need of reburshment. No air conditioning just fan in bedroom which was wobbly and noisy so scared to use. Could not open window due to traffic. Lounge stinking hot. Bed awfully uncomfortable, no sleep and bad Sciatica in morning. Had booked for two nights but could not bear another night. My partner is in process of trying to get a refund.
