La ubicacion esta bien , al centro de Comillas puedes ir andando , a la playa recomiendo que no y mejor en coche ya que hay bastantes subidas y bajadas .
El hotel necesita una reforma no esta acorde al precio que cobran . En temporada alta , les falta personal de servicio . Tuvimos una mala experiencia ya que no nos hicieron la habitacion uno de los dias y tuvimos que hacer las camas nosotros y usar las toallas mojadas . La explicacion fue que hay personal nuevo , que les asignan muchas habitaciones y supongo el entrenamiento de estas personal en temporada alta no es mucho . El resultado es que pagas por un hotel de 4 estrellas un precio alto por habitacion y finalmente no esta acorde servicio vs precio.
Hotel pequeño. Las habitaciones de arriba son buhardillas, mucho calor, sin ventilación apenas. Las habitaciones de abajo estaban bien y tenían buenas vistas pero los balcones son muy pegados, cualquiera puede entrar a tu habitación si quiere. El hotel es bonito y bien cuidado pero había chinches con lo cual, para un hotel de 4 estrellas me parece fatal, pésima limpieza. La ubicación bien, un poco alejada del pueblo pero las vistas lo merecían. El trato del personal bien. En general, calidad-precio bastante regular.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the housekeeping was excellent, and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. In addition, Comillas is an absolutely beautiful town with a unique charm, making it a wonderful place to stay and explore.
We booked this hotel because it was advertised as a four-star property and was relatively expensive. Unfortunately, several aspects of the hotel did not meet the standard we expected, and overall, we felt it offered poor value for money.
One afternoon, we returned from a day trip at around 4 p.m. and found that our room had not been serviced at all. The bed had not been made, the towels had not been replaced, and nothing had been cleaned. When I spoke to reception, I was told they would call housekeeping to find out when someone could come. A member of staff eventually knocked on our door at around 5:30 p.m., by which time we were getting ready for dinner, making it far too late and inconvenient.
We also experienced difficulties booking a table in the hotel restaurant because we were told it was fully booked. However, when we looked inside later, the restaurant appeared to have plenty of available tables.
The spa and pool facilities were particularly disappointing. The photographs give a very misleading impression of both the size and overall standard. The spa area is extremely small, and the pool area felt tired, overcrowded, and noisy, with many children using a relatively small pool. The sauna was located inside the spa area rather than being freely available as we had expected.
We had also looked forward to booking massages, but this did not appear to be a genuine available service. The treatment room remained dark, with the blinds closed, and the door was marked “occupied” at all times. We were never given any opportunity to book a treatment.
Most disappointing of all was the so-called sea view, for which we had paid extra. The sea could only just be glimpsed by standing outside on the balcony and looking sharply to the far left. There was no sea view from the room itself. In our opinion, paying extra for a sea-view room should mean being able to actually see the sea from the room or balcony without having to search for it.

La habitación muy bien, amplia, limpia y cómoda.
Nos pusieron en la planta baja. Teníamos una terraza muy grande, pero estábamos al lado de la puerta de entrada y esas habitaciones dan al parking. La terraza no está muy protegida, solo con unas plantas no muy altas.
Por la noche no nos atrevimos a dejar la puerta de la terraza abierta (por la facilidad de acceso desde fuera) y en lugar de disfrutar del aire fresco que había en la calle, tuvimos que poner el aire acondicionado.
La tranquilidad y la comida excelente.

Las instalaciones son fantásticas, así como el desayuno buffet y el personal. Puede parecer que está lejos del centro pero es un paseito de apenas 20 minutos.

Todo! Habitación con balcón grande y clara. AC y ventilación natural impecables. Desayuno con vistas delicioso. Personal muy atento aunque creo que el hotel se merece alguna persona más para que vayan con menos tareas.
Solo incluiría el albornoz en el precio al haber piscina.
Las instalaciones muy limpias, el hotel es muy bonito con unas vistas preciosas en la excelente terraza, el personal súper amable y atentos. No se puede pedir más.
No tenemos ninguna queja.
