Relaxed en een leuk openluchtmuseum in de buurt.
Pros:

Uiteindelijk was de omgeving het belangrijkste pluspunt. Het hotel is groot en goed. Prachtige wandelomgeving.

Cons:

Als je denkt naar een welness oord te gaan met een hotel kom je bedrogen uit. Het is een groot hotel met een best wel goede sauna voorziening. De sauna omgeving was dan ook nogal druk.

Hotel Heidegrund - Wellness, Wein und Wanderung
Pros:

Saunabereich generell; alle Saunen waren zudem offen. Daher war es nicht überfüllt.

Späte Anreise war problemlos möglich. Schnelle Rückmeldungen bei Anliegen.

Gastgeschenk (Rochekugel).

Cons:

Permanente Liegenbelegung durch Gäste.
Auch Draußen wären Auflagen nötig, zumindest unter der Bedachung.

Das Frühstück ist gut, aber nichts Besonderes.

Digitale Mediathek im Hotel ist super, aber bitte nicht in der Sauna. Handy/Tabletnutzung wird dadurch gestattet.

Das Personal in Ordnung. An der Rezeption wollte ein Gast beim.CheckOut eine Übernachtung buchen. Er solle das bitte online machen. Ein NoGo!

Pros:

Freundlichster Service am Empfang und Restaurant das ich kenne ! Da können viele Hotels sich ein Beispiel nehmen!! Absolut top auch Preis Leistung und Essen !

Cons:

Nichts habe einen Tag verlängert und längere Anfahrtszeit zwischen Terminen in Kauf genommen

Wellnessbereich am Wochenende überfüllt.
Pros:

Die Lage am See, freundliches Personal, schönes Ambiente und gute Ausstattung.

Cons:

Von Wellness und Entspannung kann man nicht reden, da das Hotel komplett überfüllt war und wir den Wellnessbereich nur eingeschränkt nutzen konnten.
