Parking was not on site as advertised

Muito bom para descansar durante a noite silenciosa que se faz sentir na Vila.

O café da manhã é muito simples para um hotel que se pretende 3 estrelas. A sala de estar está abandonada. Não compensa o valor.

is a great ubication because is inside the castle, the problem is that the parking is very far, need to get the bags by ourselves to the hotel like 1km no help, directions is confused. the room is compact but confortable (is an old property) many options for dinner, shop and visit inside places, the sunshine is perfect, similar of Tostana

This hotel is in the historic area and very old. The staff were most excellent friendly and helpful. I was expecting old and funky, but was disappointed in finding the ceiling in the bathroom covered in black mold. This is the reason we have low stars. If this could be addressed it would have more than meet my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the old city within the walls. Breakfast was standard.

The hotel needs maintenance, our door didn’t shut properly and there were stains in the room.

Very clean and had a magical, medieval feel.

We booked a room with AC and mini fridge. We were given a room with neither. After saying the room wasn’t what we booked, they said they could be in a mini fridge later. Eventually we got a room with AC. they shouldn’t list amenities they don’t have.

Air conditioning too loud. Breakfast poor and fly infested. Nearly impossible to find hotel inside walls. Bed uncomfortable.

I had a terrible experience with the property. When I booked the hotel, the website says “parking is included”, I used google map and can not reach the hotel and had to park my car in an public area and walk 10 minutes to the hotel, it’s around 11:20 am of 6/13/2025. The lady at reception desk told me parking was not included. I asked her where to park and she told me I had to find a parking place by myself. So I payed at the parking box over the night. When I came back at 3:00 pm, a gentleman at the reception desk showed me a map and said I can drive there and park for free. The problem is the website is too confusing. The main reason I picked this hotel is parking is included. Obidos is an old town, parking is difficult. So if you drive here, you’d better find a better one.
