The air-conditioning or fridge barely worked and we could not get the stove to work either.

The place was clean

Cons:

There was a maned office right outside our door. we could hear their conversation and I am sure they could hear ours. This was experienced as rather intrusive.

En líneas generales todo muy bien
Pros:

El apartamento era cómodo, el colchón y las almohadas estaban muy bien. Bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de Termini, tenías parada de autobús cerca y también parada de tranvía. El conserje pendiente de todo.

Cons:

La decoración, ya sé que no es algo funcional ni demasiado relevante pero siempre gusta a la vista, las cortinas me estaban matando. Se ve antiguo reformado y algunos cambios más le vendrían bien. El agua caliente de la ducha duraba muy poco, teníamos que ducharnos súper rápido las dos. También hubiera sido de agradecer encontrar aunque fuera un poco de café para los que llegamos muy tarde y no podemos ir al súper.

Un bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Grand appartement calme et bien équipé, grande chambre à coucher avec armoire, cuisine complète, arrivée tardive possible, échanges clairs et précis avec la régie par message (que nous n'avons pas vue), arrêt du bus à 50 mètres !

Cons:

Le seul point négatif est la douche, non fonctionnelle (pommeau en partie cassé) et sale (moississure) ! C'est dommage car le reste de l'appartement est vraiment bien. Destination uniquement pour dormir car pas grand chose à voir ou à faire dans ce quartier (relativement sale).
