Beautiful property in country park setting. The castle is magnificent old country estate and we loved staying in the country cottage. The restaurant is amazing, as is the renowned chef! The dinner was the best we experienced in 2 weeks in France. We wish there was one that exqusite in the States

Wonderful Chateau, superb staff and fabulous gourmet meals with locally sourced products and very unusual wine pairings suggested by the sommelier. Highly recommended

Le lieu est vraiment magnifique, mais j'ai malheureusement séjourné dans une annexe du château.

La chambre n'est vraiment pas digne d'un 5 étoiles, téléviseur entrée de gamme, décoration fade, pas de bouteille d'eau ni machine à café, pas de gel douche (mais 2 shampooings).

Fortes odeurs d'égout dans la chambre (jai demandé un changement de chambre pour la seconde nuit qui n'a pas été réalisé...), extrêmement désagréables...

Peut-être que les chambres dans le chateau sont de meilleure facture...

Seul point positif : petit déjeuner exceptionnel, au très bon rapport qualité prix, constitué quasiment exclusivement de produits faits maison et de très bonne qualité.

Je ne prends jamais les petits déjeuners mais je le recommande fortement !! Il est fait maison et excellent !

A dream

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Château d’Apigné. La chambre était impeccable, propre et parfaitement équipée. Le parc est idéal pour une belle promenade, offrant un cadre paisible et agréable. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, avec une mention spéciale pour la dame qui nous a accueillis avec beaucoup d’attention et de gentillesse. Tout le personnel est très accueillant, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Un endroit au top, que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Excellent stay while touring outside Paris. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Restaurant on site is possibly the best I have experienced in France. Highly recommend.

Very friendly efficient staff. Comfortable rooms and an enjoyable stay.
We were warned in advance that the restaurant was closed on a Sunday which was disappointing and meant a fairly lengthy trip by taxi into Rennes.
