Location and staff
The rooms were too small and there was no space to hang coats or keep shoes. The room was cramped.
Modern original light
After many trips, this is our favorite area of Paris, and the second time we've stayed at Le Citizen. Looking out over the canal is so scenic, and if you're timing is good you'll see the street twist so the boats can come through at the bridge. The staff is so friendly and helpful with anything we could need. Having breakfast delivered to our room each morning is such a treat, the coffee is great and their bakery source makes excellent pain au chocolat!
Location was very good, staff very helpful, the most comfortable bed and pillows.

Great hotel along the Canal St Martin in a delightful walkable neighborhood. We requested for a nice view and the room provided to us is spacious, clean, modern, and has a wonderful view of the canal. Its enjoyed to sit near the window and watch the world go by. The reception team is friendly and provided recommendations.
