Great hotel and staff. Easy access to restaurants and getting around

Very comfortable and clean, with a great shuttle service to the airport

I stayed here for 1 night and it was great. The staff was friendly and check-in was pretty easy. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and nice as well. The wifi and aircon were strong too. I had a free breakfast but I didn't eat because of my early departure time. They provide a free "shuttle" (van). All in all, I would definitely recommend this place if your flying out of Pudong

every thing is good. Due to covid 19, service for airport pickup was impacted. Otherwise is great.

LUXURIOUS FIVE STAR HOTEL

My review was not going to be kind but it was rescued by the intervention of the the manager who in my opinion deserves a promotion. It’s a very short cab ride from the airport. The shuttle never came and got me although it was prebooked. Rooms were gorgeous included coffee and tea. Restaurant was ok. Tips: you can not use the the pool without the swim cap, it’s a long walk to the subway, and there is nothing to do in the immediate area. The manager knowing how upset I was about the shuttle bought me a birthday cake and it was so sweet and kind he truly cares about the happiness of the guests. Hopefully that does trickle down to the staff. If you want to see and explore shanghai this is not the location for a beautiful airport hotel I would highly recommend. Just download google translate. Also I got a fabulous massage in the hotel.

Good alternative than going into Shanghai if transit stay

Perfect hotel for use as overnight transit or a base for Disney. Recommend restaurants and the concierge service was efficient.Though Lacking English skills the staff did everything possible to be helpful. Was originally given a cigarette smoke smelling room. they quickly changed our room.

Terrible wifi requires a Chinese phone number to sign in (International Hotel?). An attendant had to come up to the room to use his local cell phone to help us sign in to wifi which ended up to be very weak anyway. It was frustrating. The executive lounge I paid extra for was closed for "renovation". The room ordered was non-smoking but it smelled with smoke. The lobby check-in staff did not speak English.

Great facility nicely maintained, and near PVG airport.

We spent three nights at this hotel on our trip to China. The location is great with easy access to local food or western food. It was clean and comfortable and the food was good. We spent some time walking around the neighbourhood as well and felt quite safe.

Need to update hairdryer. A 1200 v travel one doesn't work well.

Everything good, outside of urban, but just take 10-15 minutes walk to subway for everywhere of Shanghai.

This is only a 3 to 4 star hotel now....over priced for what you get........its all Chinese now.....Same as staying at Green Tree hotel but triple the price.

I liked how breakfast was included with the stay. They were very punctual with the wake up call when it was needed.

I would say that the hotel is ok. The hotel and rooms are big. There is a problem with communication, the housekeeping and room service departments don’t speak well English and takes time to order and request something. It was nice that there is the pillow menu and I’ve tried the apricot-preserve pillow and had a good sleep. I can say, that’s the pillows are not for everyone, so you have to order and to try.
The location is closed to the PVG airport and you have to take metro to reach the centre of Shanghai! For one night this is hotel is perfect. There is a mall within 10 min walking distance, the location is better to ask the hotel receptionist.
The cleaning of the room was good.

Only the hotel exterior not attracting, rooms and breakfast are fantastic.

The hotel was lovely .. wish to stay longer next time
