The staffs are warm and nice. It is a very good location. It was a valuable price. The check in and out easy and convenience.
Quick service, no hassle with check in.
Being told the pet deposit is 40$ a day and being charged over 90 before taxes. For two days. And then being extra charged days after check out, twice, at 327$ then 117$…. One different days. Very annoying, called and a guy said they can’t find it and can’t do anything about it. July 1st at 902 pm.
Rooms are large and clean!
Weird layout with tropical garden taking up the middle of the hotel
The bed was not so bad
How far away my room was and that there was no conditioner in the bottle
The interior was interesting and unusual. The breakfast area was nicely placed and next to the garden area. Everything was neat and clean.
No protein in the breakfast. Lots of bread, pancakes and coffee which is great. But no eggs, sausages, or other type of protein
Location and cleanliness.
The continental breakfast was mediocre at best with the toaster blowing the breaker if you put 4 slices in and the pancake machine not ready to go. Good choice of juices and coffee was decent.
Prince George, BC
Lovely, relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful lush gardens with many quiet sitting areas with a pool. The rooms desperately need a upgrade. The bathrooms need a complete renovation. The value was very reasonable.
I love the convenience of the location. I normally transition through the Super 8 on my way home from work. The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfortable. While I am only in Prince George for work, staying at the super 8 give me a feeling of safety and security whe compared to other location in the city.
Stayed in rm 252 was too hot as it did not have its own AC requested the AC to be turned up but in this area the rooms were connected to the one AC unit through vents. other rooms wanted less AC so I had to request for a fan.
The breakfast was good.
The beds are old and need to be replaced, one of the beds were broken. Went to sit on the foot of the bed and almost ended on the floor. The hot tub was out of commission. The room was booked for 3 people and only had 2 towels, asked for more towels, house keeper came in next day and took towels and only left 2 towels had to go to desk and get towels again.
I like staying here because the parking lot is very secure and I always have boats, bikes etc.
The breakfast bar is awesome, we were looking forward to the pancake machine, the friend I was with has autism and he was really looking forward to the pancakes in a minute, but there was a massive flock of barefoot hippies. The poor young girl trying to manage the chaos was amazing and she handled it very well. They wouldn't move from the counter for over an hour. They were putting things in their pockets. I saw one girl take all the oatmeal packets and put them in her pocket and told her friends "I'll bring these for later".
I know it's not the hotels fault, but we didn't get breakfast or coffee and it was really hard on my friend.
Maybe next time you can offer the hippies an order sheet and they can select what they want, like COVID times.
Or maybe make some rules for the breakfast bar and enforce them.
Location was great
You can hear people talking and swimming right through your closed doors and windows
