cheap
front staff wasn’t very friendly upon check in.. they were
pool was an extra bonus. convenient location.
coffee was not available in the morning
Very clean and quiet. Easy to access.
Two reasons for not giving a perfect score. 1) As an older couple 76,& 73 we are not into spicy foods of any kind. The restaurant had many choices but very hard to pick out non spicy foods. 2) disappointed to see the ambiance…..the fountain/wandering stream and the hot tub empty of any water. I realize that late August isn’t “tourist season” but there are those of us that do travel in off season because we don’t like the crowds and enjoy the lack of hustle and bustle. The main idea is to get people to recommend a location to stay when friends are traveling….1 becomes 2 and 2 becomes 4 etc. To loose sight of the multiplication aspect of business is to loose business period.
Worst experience hotel stay in my entire life. Hotel smelled of curry. Playing punjab music throughout. Noisy af. Didn’t sleep from the parties in rooms and in the breakfast area. People outside by the window - doing drugs.
First room they put me in was farthest from the front desk — very old. Beds were droopy and I didn’t want to even sit on it because it appeared to have bodily fluids on it and pillows were wrinkly and not placed right. It appeared the room was used !
Second room was not much better - bed was uncomfortable but after a 12 hour drive I just wanted to sleep. Didn’t sleep. Got up at 6 am - so much commotion and police presence. When I got out of bed I noticed something on the sheets ! It was blood! And not mine. Went to the front desk to complain and there were about 6 people doing the same and I wasn’t the only one who complained about blood on the sheets!!
We tried to check out but the clerk gave me a hard time to get our room refund for the second night and deposit! I told her “we are not staying here another night ! Give us our refund now !”
Horrible experience.
The atmosphere is just amazing we all loved it, my kids enjoyed their pool & their continental breakfast was great. Definitely an amazing place to stay.
The breakfast was pretty limited.
Nothing. Left the premise and booked 9n a different motel.
Exceptionally poor room and mattress. Unprofessional staff.
For a slightly older place in a metro, clean, convenient, excellence, staff, a good bargain.
I pretty much got what I was expecting, so a fine value
Straight up!! It's a 100 ish per night. Clean and they're updating as they go. Breakfast filled the void. Staff was amazingly perfect. The restaurant is a hidden gem, the butter chicken was literally the best food I've ever put in my mouth. And I'm fat, you can trust me
When we arrived the in room phone was not pulled in and working staff could not find cord so every issue we had we had to walk down to the front desk. Found dirty face cloths and hand towels in the bathroom, stains on the sheets and mattress protector. We found old dirty clothes stuffed between one bed and nightstand and the mini fridge had a pinkish coloured fluid in the fridge. There was no room to move us to so they offered to clean in the following morning! No solution the first night. Next day they said they cleaned the room we came back to the fridge still dirty phone still not working there was now blood stains on a pillow case. We also all woke up with bites on our legs and arms. After everything they offered $20 off total stay. Honestly insulting!
Avoid this place at all costs. Rooms are filthy, atrium and pool area are in a state of disrepair, rates are too expensive for what is offered. Find a different hotel if at all posssible
Good location
Small room, no outside views
The room was dirty, the widow looked directly at the people eatein, the doors were NOT secure amd the lampshades were all broken, the bedding was old and we oaid 410.00 for a room that should habe been 99.00
We hated evrything and believe that the prices were so hight because people were being evacuated from fires. We left vernon to get away from the fires. We stayed at another far superior hotel for half the cost the next night.
