Overall good stay but if you really value good sleep, not really a comfortable night in bed
Pros:

The location is great and good public transport options

Cons:

The pillows are huge and not comfortable. I didn’t get good sleep any of the 4 nights we stayed and they don’t have any pillow options to make any changes

During the booking, I have specifically reserved the extra bed for our child. Then we have arrived to the hotel, the personal informed us, that there are no such an option. So I was forced to sleep on the floor. Thank you very much!

das gastro angebot ist sehr dürftig. da man nicht in der metropole wohnt im welcome ist es schwierig abends was

Schönes, modernes, Hotel, perfekte Lage!
Pros:

Wir sind inzwischen Stammgäste und können nur wiederholen, dass wir sehr zufrieden sind.
Freundliche Mitarbeiter, bequeme Betten.Super Lage mit Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür.

Cons:

Das einsehbare Bad ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber wir haben es inzwischen geschafft.

Cons:

Vor Reiseantritt vereinbarte Dinge wurden nicht ausgeführt: so sollte das Sofa beispielsweise zu einem Schlafsofa umgewandelt werden. Da bekam ich extra eine E-Mail, ob sie es so machen sollen. Als wir dann ankamen war nichts vorbereitet.

Hervorragende Lage, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind super zu erreichen

Cons:

Das Green Housekeeping : wir haben 6 Nächte im Hotel verbracht und obwohl wir 3mal die grüne Karte an die Tür gehängt haben, wurde das Zimmer nur 1 mal gereinigt.

Ein gutes Hotel !!
Pros:

Mein Wunsch mit der Aussicht über die Skyline !! Und als es ein defekt mit dem Rollo gab wurde mir ein anderes Zimmer gegeben !!!

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank ist mir definitiv zu klein und das Zimmer ist leicht renovierungs bedürftig !!
