Für ein Hotel in Frankfurt habe ich mich als Frau sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt.
Pros:

Mir hat das Fitnessstudio gefallen - wenn auch sehr klein ... Wie hatten Vollpension das essen war gesund und ordentlich für solche Hotels und das Personal im Restaurant war mehr als höflich - Danke an das Küchen und Kellnerpersonal.

Cons:

Die Damen am Empfang waren vermiutlich überlastet auch die Hotelmanagerin war sehr unhöflich - weil ich eine Frau war? Hat aber dann alles zufriedenstellend gelöst.

Super værelse på 7 sal med udsigt, gode senge, dejligt lydisoleret værelse så man ikke kan høre andre på hotellet.
Personalet på hoteletvar søde og smilende.

Cons:

Morgenmadbuffen var ok, dog var brødet knastørt.

Pros:

After a disappointing experience at another accommodation, this hotel completely changed our trip. The staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our family felt comfortable and well looked after.

The rooms were clean, quiet, spacious, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly during the warm weather, which made a huge difference. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and the city centre. Overall, the hotel was excellent value for money and exactly what we needed.

Cons:

There were no significant issues during our stay. If I had to mention one minor point, it would be that the hotel is not within walking distance of all major attractions, but public transport made getting around very easy.

The hotel rooms were untidy, the only elevator in use was very slow, one of our rooms had a broken bathroom door, etc. We were very disappointed of this hotel.
