gym very small, and although the website said there was a Spa / Sauna there was an additional charge for that not mentioned. Steam room was not working.

Cons:

At check-in, the reception staff were rude and impolite from the very beginning. In room number 207, instead of two separate beds (as reserved), the beds were joined together, and the same issue occurred in the second room.

We were forced to complain about this situation at the reception, where I was told we should separate the beds ourselves. When I replied that this was the hotel’s responsibility, the receptionist again responded rudely, which convinced us not to stay and to leave without using any of the services.

Neither of the rooms was suitable in size to accommodate two separate beds.

This caused a loss of time, travel expenses, and the need to find alternative accommodation.

Die Lage war sehr gut, auch Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Die Kissen sind zu dick! Man bekommt Nackenprobleme! Man sollte eine 2. Satz flachere Kissen zur Verfügung stellen.
